Sacha and her team are so welcoming. I have visited the shop a few times for different occasions, friends birthdays and one time a funeral. Each time, the staff gave their best to help gage an idea of the personality of the individual I was buying for, to help choose the colours and what flowers to have in the bouquets. This flower shop is so neighbourly and friendly, I would highly recommend. They also have really cute ornaments! Love the pink flamingo… if only I had room for it!!

Sacha created a wonderful bouquet for my uncles birthday, she gave me honest advice on what flowers were the most economic, and was extremely friendly and knowledgable. Will definitely be coming back to use her services again!

I bought a flower crown and posie for my daughter for May Day (which I do every year) and got charged the full price (£50) and they gave me fake flowers (!) without even telling me. Why would anyone go to a florist to buy cheap fake flowers that you can get on Amazon? Makes no sense. And the fact that they think this acceptable is just outrageous.

I was very happy with the friendly and professional customer service when I phoned to order flowers for our daughter as she moved to Ealing. I have since seen photos of the beautiful flowers. I would happily recommend and will be no doubt using again.
