Hands Down Academies: Cobham
Brilliant club, my 8 year old son has been a member for a year and loves training. The instructors really do inspire through their commitment to discipline and individual attention. It's fun and highly personal. We started with a taster session and my boy was instantly hooked when he saw what the older boys could do. And the achievements he has made this year are amazing. I cannot recommend highly enough!

My son has been training at Hands Down Cobham for 3 months now and loves it. All the staff are great, very attentive and patient. It's been great for his fitness and his agility! Its even shown signs of improving his football game!

I suffer with complex mental health issues and joining kickboxing has been a massive challenge for me yet the hands down team has made me feel so comfortable, I’m able to go and train and leave with a smile on my face which has helped me massively. There’s such a wide range of people attending of all ages and abilities which makes it a non threatening environment to go and learn as a beginner, but also advanced fighters and experienced coaches to learn from.

I have been training at the academy for some time now and could not recommend it enough!!!Coaches are very professional and helping! They made you feel as a part of the team! Every class is different and fun!So if you’re looking for a place that you can enjoy trainings-you’ve found it!!!

Such knowledgeable staff and instructors.Great with the kids and really know how to keep them engaged whilst teaching some effective martial arts.Really loved the fact that they had a cage fighter there who I would not have know about if one of the parents had not had mentioned. He gave up his seat when I came in and was very interactive with the students and the parents.I've been down to the Epsom branch and this seems to be the common theme!

It's Legends like MVP and his family that set the bar and inspire people like me, even with 30 years Lau Gar experience. I am often showing my 10 yr old boy (who trains in kickboxing) videos of the MVP Legend. Lucky people that live nearby to train here.

Thank you hands down, a really good re-introduction back to exercise. CrossFit and beach body have been a great challenge but not at all intimidating for an unfit mum. Vicky always keeps the classes motivating with endless varied exercises. Our son is loving his kick boxing classes with skilled instructors and we have made some great new friends too.

My husband and both my boys train here and love it! The confidence boost its given to my boys is amazing, the staff are brilliant and fully qualified and the atmosphere is always positive. I would highly recommend HandsDown!!
