well it's a slimming world for both men & women morning session I go to is at 11: 30am till about 12 : 30am, it is run by a very nice lady called brigid & if you know anyone who is having weight problems brigid is the consultant to see and you can pop along Mondays, Tuesday mornings. . .

Lots better since it was renovated as it used to be a library but when it shut the building was left derelict for a long time and it's nice to see it being used again.
