Hopeless. I contacted them 3 times to ask for help for our parish council, but they couldn't be bothered to acknowledge even one of them. If you can find someone else, I recommend you use them instead.I messaged just like you asked. Heard nothing in 2 weeks. Not even an acknowledgement. I was wrong in my original post. You're not hopeless, you're completely useless!

Nice people, hard working

Genuinely the worst service I have received in my career. Biffa have been picking up waste inconsistently leading to a build up of waste, then the bin men refused to pick up waste for two weeks in a row obviously leading to an even bigger build up in waste. They then had the cheek to mark the site asunsafe, obviously because of there own failings. Trying to resolve the issue is impossible because the wait times on the phone are hours long.
