Ana's Cakes & Coffee

Our cake was visually amazing and the taste was even better than the aspect. The sponge was soft and fresh and the filling was full of crushed berries & fresh ricotta. Our guests were very impressed with the taste & aspect and we are looking forward to ordering more delicios treats from Ana!

Absolutely wonderful! Tasty cakes at the highest standards. The quality is exceptional, they are handmade not like any other cakes in the industry.

Ana does incredible bespoke cakes for a reasonable price.In addition, a great place to grab a coffee, or a bit to eat for lunch - with delicious ciabattas, quiche etc, not to mention delicious slices of cake / eclairs! We love visiting as much as we can!

Got too good to go bag which cost £7.33 (items worth £22) got 3 big slices of cakes, 1 brownie and some coconut balls. Sorry to say the cakes were so stale, even after microwaving and the chocolate frosting had melted the sponge was still stiff and dry. Brownie was also stale but coconut balls were ok.These are made to be eaten within 12 hours" thats what it says on their too good to go! I thought they give goods that they can't sell on the day not 2 days before... I paid £7.33 to help them bin their food."

Such a nice place, owners are friendly, tried their coffee and desserts, had the best trilece ever, highly recommend.

An old gem from South Woodford which we came across now.We wanted a good cake for our son's bday, but had no clue of what we wanted (yeah, we are one of those :p ) and we are so glad that we came across this place.Ana's was so easy to deal with, they were so patient with us and helped us find the perfect cake for the celebration. There was a calm discussion to capture and dig out some fine details of what we would like in the cake, rather than the pushy salesmanship you'd usually find.The delivery was spot on and the experience was impeccable. I am not exaggerating when I say that each and everyone asked for a second serving without being asked for.As for the cake itself, it was fresh, delicious, perfectly tasty without being overtly sweet. The cupcakes were beautiful and the base was of good texture without being too moist or dry.Its one of the places which treats it's customer with love and I say this after my first experience, my first purchase with them. I don't write detailed/long reviews but since this is turning out to be one, you could imagine from this review, how much they would have impressed us.A honest, caring and business full of love for the people that they serve and for the effort that they put in, is how I would like to review Ana's cake and coffee - South Woodford.

We discovered Ana’s shop one year ago and we became addicted to her cakes and her chicken escalope sandwiches!! Ana’s place is a lovely stop for breakfast or lunch! Delicious coffee, fresh products and polite staff.All the cakes that we ordered were delicious and professionally decorated. Ana pays a lot of attention to the small details, she is very helpful and she always goes the extra mile to deliver a fab cake!
