Vicky Poole - The Communication Coach

I have been supported by Vicky for a few months presently and I feel like a changed person. Vicky possesses all the values of a friendly, approach and a very supportive individual. She is professional, and provides excellent support that is personalised and tailored to my needs. As someone who identifies as neurodiverse, (Autistic spectrum disorder) I quite often find everyday tasks a little overwhelming.I feel my needs are well-acknowledged and I find the delivery of Vicky’s sessions are exceptionally Person-centred. Vicky takes the time to get to know me so that she can understand my needs in a holistic manner, ensuring that I obtain the most out of her sessions.The life skills that I am continually learning through Vicky’s coaching is aiding my development, which is supporting me to maximise my full potential and become the person I aspire to be.Thankyou Vicky!

I just had my first session with Vicky, i had no particular expectations at the outset, but was swiftly offered the opportunity to dig very deep into my deep-seated beliefs and together we discovered i have quite a few. The beliefs i hold are not all serving me well. Vicky was able to ensure i felt supported while exploring these areas, and personally i found it transformative. I choose that word carefully, but transformative it was. I’m so excited about what more I can achieve with her guidance. So much so I am enthusiastically setting my weeks’ timetable ahead differently. I am very impressed by Vicky’s skills and how at our very first meeting we achieved SO much. Thankyou.

Today’s session was exactly what I needed. I had so much anxiety around money.One session with Vicky helped me have a massive break through. It allowed me to shift my perspective so I can focus on what I actually want. I feel so much lighter and empowered to conquer my goals.​Vicky is extremely supportive and encouraging. as a coach and as a human being- vicky is wonderful !I encountered vicky at a low dark time in my life- after losing a dear one and hence facing health challenges. The way Vicky approached me was so professional and emapathetic as well. her deep sensible insights and wisdom made me trust her and have faith in the process. she gently showed me a way from hopelessness to a way of small improvement steps- and with her i started trusting and respecting the process. Just finished the 10 Day Cleanse course with Vicky. It was packed with loads of hints, tips and guidance on how to approach challenges differently in quite a few areas of my life. The 'Expressing a need' topic was awesome, learning how to better meet our own needs and the 'Self date night' one was brill too - remembering to spend time looking after ourselves as well as others. She is passionate, uplifting and direct with you whilst helping you to figure things out for yourself and move on in life! Amazing - would recommend.

The short time I have spent with Vicky has been really powerful. She has helped me to see things from a different angle and this has really helped to free my mind from some of the demons holding me back and getting in the way of my happiness. I’m so grateful, thank you Vic!

Intuitive, Empathetic, Wise and Wonderful! Vicky is an natural and gifted coach, who has helped me recognise my best path through various aspects of my life; helping me tune in and know when to step back from an upwardly-mobile career to focus on creative and spiritual callings, to uplifting me through a cancer diagnosis. Vicky is doing with aplomb what she is called to do. I have so much love and respect for her, and she is a blessing in my life.

Today I had a session with Vicky and it was awsome! She managed to drill down to areas I had never considered needed consideration. Her practical observations were insightful and accurate. I left the session feeling massively empowered with an enthusiasm for change that did not exist before.
