I've only been to this place once, and sadly it was to say goodbye to my parents cat Charlie with my mum. They were brilliant every step of the way, they showed nothing but love and compassion throughout the whole process and gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. I stayed with him the whole time until he was at peace, again they gave us time and didn't hurry us out after. I really can't fault them at all... They were brilliant! If there's one thing I could suggest, it would be to maybe change the way payment is taken for this sort of thing.Going out to line up to pay when you're upset, just after you've lost a beloved pet doesn't quite feel right. Obviously I understand that payment needs to be taken and I'm sure this is the standard practice for all surgeries, but maybe an invoice could be sent out a few days later once you've had time to come to terms with everything. But thank you Priory Lodge, you were great in such sad circumstances.

Very professional and good service, cdealing with my daughter's dog quickly, relieving his painful paw straight away. Good follow up treatment too and friendly and helpful reception staff. Altogether a veterinary practice I am happy to recommend.

First class care from a team of amazing, caring vets and nurses. We have been with priory Lodge vets for many years now and have been extremely happy with the service and caring attitude of everyone who works there, including the hardworking and friendly receptionists. Highly recommended practice.

Friendly staff (narrow bays for car parking) you may need to drop off your pet with partner but at least you can park your car

Great service, they saw our cat within half an hour of us phoning just before the end of the day when we discovered he had an injury. He was cared for with kindness too.

Called priory vets this evening at 6:40, 20 minutes before closing to tell them that possibly my cat had been hit by a car and was dead. Unrecognisable so needed to be scanned. I said I will be 10 minutes and I was already on route with my dead cat. I was told to go another vets as they are closing. I am so disappointed with the lack of compassion and no sympathy from the nurse who took my call. I will not use this vets ever again!

Wow what an unbelievable receptionist, I visited today hoping to join the practice with my best pal as its just round the corner to me, and I asked the receptionist for some advice, she told me she couldn't offer me any because I was not registered with the practice and that I needed to see my own vets? I explained twice that my old vets is in another part of kent, (before I could ask about registering him)she cut me of saying they can't see him, I did not get a chance to tell her iv recently got him and moved him here to tonbridge, she was rude and with very little empathy shown, im glad she made me question the decision to visit them, so perhaps the negative reviews iv read on here seem to be true.Needless to say I WILL take him to someone who cares and get him registered with another Vets practice.I only wanted to talk to someone who cares for the welfare of my furry friend, the receptionist I spoke to obviously did not care about him. Makes me wonder does she care about yours...Thank you for replying and explaining that your receptionist are not trained as vets and they only do it for a weekly wage... as you know theres 3 sides to every story yours theirs and what really happened...I wanted advice from a nurse or vet about my pets complaint not from your receptionists, she obviously didn't understand what I was saying. And because of her blank attitude I decided to share my experience on here and find another Vets. I would like to thank her in a roundabout way though because of your receptionists attitude forcing me to look elsewhere for a vets that I CAN trust. I have now found a lovely vets who are polite, friendly and UNDERSTANDING reception staff. Which I trust to look after my 'one of a kind' boy if needed. 100% Trust is an important factor if your looking after a life...

We have used and will continue to use this practice for our cats as the veterinary service is very good. I was left rather frustrated today however when I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment, checked in, and proceeded to be left sitting in an emptying waiting room for over 30 minutes.I had been marked as a late show, which was not the case, and was only seen when I asked a vet. Perhaps I could have asked reception sooner but I assumed that they were running late, so thought I’d be courteous and wait patiently. A member of the reception could easily have checked on me.Not the end of the world, but when you take time out of your own working day and will have to make the additional time up at the end of it, it is really rather frustrating. Hopefully this is a one off.
