Beware of quotes. I was quoted a price for a job to be done on my van, and the van was left with them for a few days. When going to pick up the van I was charge 20% more.The extra charge came from two issues. firstly, Work had been carried out which wasn't asked for (a serpentine belt was changed, which wasn't part of the quote) and there had been extra charge for the job I had asked for. Permission had not been sought for this.On Challenging this (my argument that a quote [a price] vs an estimate are two separate things as defined by the consumer rights act 2015). The owner was unhelpful , on the verge of aggressive.I also retrospectively realise that the garage is not part of an industry accreditation scheme, so finding resolutions to problems will be difficult.Be wary.

Had a few jobs done on our motorhome. Quite happy with the work done I would definitely use again.

I have had my car repaired at Nee Moss and found the experience to be personal fair and realistic throughout. No crazy charges for doing things that aren’t required etc..Why can’t other garages, especially main dealers follow the lead from New Moss
