Donna gave our somewhat scruffy long-haired Dachshund a brand new look with lots of sympathetic attention.She is very caring and welcoming and Bibi was very proud of her appearance! Thank you so much. You are top of the Groomer`s list in my opinion!

Always an excellent service from woof to wonderful. My little old cockerpoo seems happy to be there, and she always comes home looking and smelling beautiful! Donna really cares about doing an amazing job and making sure you and your pet are happy. Definitely highly recommend xx

One of the most helpful dog groomers in Loughborough. Donna actually replied to messages within the hour and managed to squeeze our dog is the same day for his shampoo and fur trim.Even clipped his nails.

Donna is the ideal groomer, she know dogs and how to make them feel welcome and secure. Barney's only 7 months and tends to be anxious when we leave him so it was great to hear how well behaved he was.And what a smasher he looks in his Spring fatigues. Thanks Donna

Donna did an absolutely amazing job with our cockapoo Tiggy, we are staying in the area with family and she managed to fit us in at short notice a few days before Christmas which we are so grateful for. Not only that, she has made her look like a brand new dog! So smart and she smells INCREDIBLE! I’m going to book her in every time we are here visiting my parents from now on. Thank you so much!!

Being an owner of a Staffy who hates water or have her nails clipped. I was so happy to find Donna and her wonderful business. The service from start to finish was 5* and the price was really reasonable as well. My Dog looked and smelt amazing when I picked her up and although I didn't use the service myself the collect and drop of service for people who need it is a really nice touch. Very Happy Customer.

I have been taking my cockapoo Miss Bumbles for a year now to be groomed with Donna. Miss Bumbles has always been very nervous about being groomed but Donna has been amazing with her every time. Donna has a way of calming her down and is truly amazing at what she does. I highly recommend her.
