So as to leave a fair review, item turned up next day, I did contact Noah and Theo to report a bad quality product and they did respond quickly offering a returns process.Unfortunately in my case, it's a part which I have no choice but to use in the short term whilst I await an alternative from elsewhere, hence I will not be returning it as I require it immediately - This is an issue around the finish on the item.That said, I believe a review should be based on what" you receive for you money and in this case I felt the finish to be of a poor standard. I did enquire about whether they're all the same and was advised this was the case. My humble suggestion would be to check this stuff before sending it out

Order a few sets of various compound Shimano Noah and Theo pads following a recommendation. Normally use OEM Shimano but they keep shedding the material.Pads arrived timely if not super fast.I've now used a few different pads in a few different brakes. The resin and ceramic offer good performance the ceramic needs more pressure but behaves well. It was a bit reluctant at -7°C in the wet but nothing alarming.The reason I've marked them down is because the spring with the n&t pads is considerably more butch and isn't as tightly or neatly folded as the OEM and kept pushing my pistons all the way back (on my BR-M615) giving excess lever travel. I've stripped them off again and whacked it with a hammer. Failing that I'll slip in a spare OEM spring. (Update - whacking did the job).I've got through a fair few of these on a fair few bikes. I probably can't say I'm happy" more than saying I keep buying more."

Found these by accident, located on my doorstep. The service was amazing, so helpful and willing to give free advice. They even waited around after official closing times so I could pickup my order in time for the bank holiday. Won't be going anywhere else now.

After wasting money on OEM pads I bought n&t ceramic pads and probably won't go back, I can't speak for anything else as I haven't bought anything different but if the rest of their products match the quality of the pads I probably wouldn't hesitate. Fantastic service as well.

I purchased sintered pads off eBay from N & T for Magura MT7 brake callipers. My old pads squeaked every time it was wet and struggled to slow the ebike. Very impressed with the stopping power and the feel of these pads. Way better than the pads that came with the brakes and the work great in the wet. Would defo recommend using these pads.

Ordering is easy and pricing is competitive. I ordered brake pads and due to Brexit I had to pay custom duties to clear import to Italy. Unfortunately that makes it more expensive than EU purchasing and slowing the delivery. It's a pity, I've been an happy customer since a few years but now......
