I am so happy to have found Leightons,I’d broken my glasses and was struggling to find somewhere that could see me for an eye exam and see if my glasses could be fixed.When I rang despite being very busy they squeezed me In as I was obviouslyFinding it difficult without my glasses.Quick turnabout in my new glasses and when helping me to chose frames, I wasn’t steered towards the expensive ones.Very happy with the entire experience.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to you all. Always such good service here and always so patient with my son who has to visit regularly. A big thank you to Malcolm who took such patience and time with my son. Malcolm also has a perfect way of explaining things especially so kids (and adults!) can understand! Very friendly, efficient and helpful. Helped me to decide which frames suited me best and the glasses were ready within 5 days for collection. I went back a few days later as they felt too tight and they very quickly altered them for me. Very happy with the service and the specs!

I have been a customer at Leightons for many years but over the past year I have had trouble with one of my eyes on numerous occasions. Malcolm has been an incredible help and has given me advice and support through a very worrying and stressful time. I've been a customer for many years and have always found Gemma and her team put customer service at the forefront of any visit or telephone enquiries. They always have a great selection of frames to choose from, and the quality of the lenses used are very good catering to everyone's budget, now making it possible to spread the cost over 10 months intrest free. Which definitely takes the stress out of the expense of getting new glasses. I also enjoy my yearly examination as leightons have the latest equipment, which helps with tracking the condition of your eyes.
