Used to be a Top company, leading customer service. What’s happened. You now can’t speak to anyone, no telephone numbers, email or an awful on line chat system.Order via there online site. Good price, and swiftly processed. Item went missing using their courier (Evri - No surprise there) but the process to get hold of someone and to get the money… OMG ! Outrageous. They couldn’t even just send a replacement either …The Online chat is unstable and frustrating. Makes you want to give up. In this day and age there is no excuse. Good prices, but the support, and customer services isn’t worth it, some of if not the worst in the business. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Terrible- my most recent experience with Wiggle has been the best advertisement and encouragement for me to now shop at my Local Bike Shop for everything more than ever. Ordered an item a month ago for it to be ‘stuck’ at EVRI depot. If Wiggle choose to use Hermes/EVRI as their main delivery provider, then that’s clear enough indication that they don’t really care about their customers. Just avoid- had an account with them for over a decade now but will close it asap and ask my credit card for a refund.

Absolute nightmare company WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I returned some northwave boots under warranty it's a nightmare trying to communicate with them. No phone lines, their online chat is,a joke run by incompetent operatives not even employees of wiggle but a multi national catkins company dealing with loads of other companies. All they do is read from a script and fob you off as quickly as possible. Over a week for them to acknowledge receipt of returned goods 4 days AFTER they actually received it. Even there warranty department is shambolic, trying to communicate with them is impossible, 1 email a day if your lucky and not even answering the questions.They need investigating by trading standards,

Useless. Delivered to a Collect Plus store that has been closed for some reason so can't collect my parcel. Yodel we unhelpful as usual. Can't phone Wiggle (obviously they don't want to talk to their customers) so via impersonal chat they agreed to resend my order so I'd have it in time for a birthday gift. Great... then they just did nothing. A week later I still don't have the order and no idea when it will be fulfilled. Bring back the High Street, Wiggle is an example of how the world is a worse place thanks to these terrible online sellers.

Paid for next day delivery and 1 week on, still zero sign of my items. (They use Hermes who have now rebranded as Evri - steer clear). Customer service are absolutely useless and very disinterested in helping.

It is virtually impossible to contact Wiggle.No telephone number, no email address, the chat is unavailable.I filled in a form but got the message 'You do not have permission to view this directory or page.'They use Evri (ex Hermes) for delivery so for me it's a no. Knowing this company I'm wondering if I'll ever be delivered.

Wiggle has gone from the best bike shop in the world, to the worst, in a matter of weeks. The shop covered needs for every type of cyclist from beginner, adventurer, pro, bike builder, etc. Easy, convenient, quick, and full of bargains and great delivery.So why has it all gone wrong!!!??? Its now the complete opposite.If it ain't broke...dont fix it....or c*ck it up!!

Was delivered a pack of toilet rolls instead of two bike tyres. Messages go unanswered and cannot get through by phone. Would never order from them again. Unsurprising that they are in administration.
