Bike parking

It's great to finally see some more substantial Sheffield stands here for parking bicycles, been decades overdue.This spots is great for shopping via bicycle, much better than the nearby lampposts we previously had as 'bike parking'.As you'd expect though, it can get a tad busy around here on the evening/night so would be nice if ASDA installed CCTV for bike theives/safety.

I often consider using my bike late at night after buses stop of using the bike racks, I am put off by the location round the corner out of sight of main entrance and pedestrian walk ways, i could add they're concealed from the public gaze infact it wasn't the first place I would go look.I could not see a security camera either.On the plus side they are solid. They're not going anywhere so it all comes down to your own locking device and the preparedness of any would-be thief and the amount of time you leave your bike there. It's sheltered so rain will not stop their play.
