You guys just missed the mark of getting 5 stars. This is due to the fact that upon entering the building, I was lassoed by the manager, who proceeded to tranquilize my bottom. I suffered dire diarrhoea and pain for the next 3 months, and a tapeworm slid out my bum. However, the zingerburger was bussing! The atmosphere was that of an aquarium with electric eels - shockingly good! This may be due to the fact that an electric eel fell from the ceiling tile above me and landed in the deep fryer, though. The employees all looked like their faces were shifting around, as if they were not real. Overall, 8/10 would go again.

Ordered 1 family bucket and an extra gravy, literally only 2 things on the order and the large gravy was missing and yes Id been charged for it. Considering the gravy is the part that makes the food in anyway edible, completely ruined my meal and experience. Definitely wont attend this KFC again!

I will never go here again.Don't get order right, the accuse me of being rude, when in fact the women server slamed the glass door I'm my face, twice, she needs to understand she cannot be upset when she is in the wrong.30 mins for a burger and fries.

An above normal KFC, the service was good, the food was done quick, it all was hot and tasted good.I had a takeaway so i havent gave the full stars for atmosphere as i didnt stay in there to long, seemed nice though.

Went in for a takeaway. Staff waited for us to fiddle with the kiosk (we couldn't find what we wanted to order), walk up to the till, peruse the menu, tell them what we want and were then finally told that burgers are not available because they have run out of buns!! There was absolutely no one else at the store, staff simply watched us through it. A proactive update on what they don't have when we presented ourselves to the till would have been far more helpful. What a waste of time for everybody!

A kfc experience to forget!!! On first entry there were 4 or 5 tables that had not been cleared of previous customers rubbish and left over food, Our order took about 45mins from ordering to being ready, that seemed to be the waiting time for all customers that had ordered!!!!! 2 or 3 visits inbetween that time to the counter to see how much longer food would be, Many customers who were given their order returned to the counter with an issue regarding their order, Clear to see on arrival that they are massively under staffed and even the employees admitted this, Also had to send a vegan chicken burger back as it was still rock solid, Certainly wouldn't of fed it to my dog!!! Staff looked stressed and deflated due to the demands that were forced upon them by poor management!!!!! Don't waste your time with this place, Pop over the road to mcdonalds instead!!!!!

Awful experience today at Pembroke dock kfc drive through.. the food was thrown together, waited over 15 minutes along side another 4 other vehicles waiting for their food, I went inside to get a drink id forgotten to order, was completely ignored by 2 members of staff.. who were in fact being very rude to other members of staff, I left without being served, our drive through still had not arrived, when it did finally arrive the fries and the popcorn chicken were both missing.. and also my sweet chilli bites I ordered were not sweet chilli at all!! And the wraps.. should have been called folds!! Awful!

There was no atmosphere to speak of, but it's a fast food outlet. What do you expect?I hadn't had a KFC for over 20 years. My son decided to get us one of the 'Daily chicken wraps', which come with the sauce of the day. And, it was nice. There was a lot of chicken and sauce, I enjoyed the shredded red cabbage in thereIt was a really refreshing change from the wilted lettuce you get in many places. The price? Just under two pounds for the daily wrap. Now that was value for money. The chilli sauce is really nice. I find the bbq sauce a bit overpowering, but that's because I am not a lover of bbq sauces. All the same, it was an OK bbq sauce, and I ate it all. What was really nice tho...the wrap itself. They are normally just wrapped in the soft tortilla wraps... but this one was maybe slightly toasted, and it made a very nice change.

It's a great place to go. The staff are very helpful and the food was fresh and tasty.Even though it is far away from me, I will try to go back. It's one of the best KFCs I have been to.
