Border Window Clean

Had my windows and conservatory cleaned yesterday and they made a fantastic job , especially my conservatory roof it had not been cleaned in years and it looks brand new now there finished , would definitely recommend them.

Rang these guys to arrange to a specialist clean for some very high windows inside and out. The man I spoke to in Galashiels was really promising but passed my details to 'Bruce' in the Kelso area saying he would phone me- I waited a week-nothing! I phoned again and was told the elusive Bruce would definitely be in touch! Another fortnight has passed and fortunately I managed to find someone else who actually did what they said! If they don't want the work they should just say, to leave potential customers hanging on is unprofessional and actually downright rude!

Terrible service. From my first phone call, my Windows were still not done in 4 weeks. Very poor. 1 star is a star 2 many.

It seems a few folk with bad reviews of this company merely because they gave up a round through covid lockdown and lack of staff

Would recommend them 100 per cent. They came regularly as arranged and did a lovely job every time. Very pleasant too

When Rob Jamieson owned this company it was nothing other than a first class service. However since moving on to new owners the time between cleaning visits grew longer and longer, until no visits for many months, until zero visits now. Many phone calls, emails sent with no response to anything. My wife met one of the guys who had cleaned our windows on many occasions, who’s response was vague to say the least. He advised that they were so busy that they were not taking on new customers. She advised him, as well he knew that we and at least six neighbours had been using this same company for many years when Rob had the business until they stopped coming.That didn’t register with him.A total waste of time and space!!!!
