Excellent service!The screen on my Samsung s7 broke. These lovely guys sorted it out, they do not fix the screens in the shop but send them away. I had my phone back in a few days. They even called to let me know. I was so impressed with their service I brought my iPhone 6 too to be fixed. Both my phone's are up and running perfectly again. A big thank you to both guys I dealt with. Highly recommended.

IPhone that had stopped was checked promptly and deemed a write off. New (used) replacement phone dispatched quickly and was in excellent condition. All done via post.

I took mym phone in for repairs which cost was £80. I ended up spending £150 on a so called 'upgrade' to the P20. I discussed in depth with the Manager re the Psmart camera being so good, he told me the P20 was better. After the 2nd day it stopped responding ewven having a totally black screen. Well talk about customer service his attitude was , 'well its not doing it now so I can't accept that'. I was being made to be lying, not just once but at least 5 times. The Manager is obnoxious and I totally feel that I was robbed of my Psmart. The camera was useless too. I was made to pay another £80 for my old phone, NOW leaving me OUT OF POCKET OF £150!!!!! After being lied to and a man sense my vulnerability he pounced! Extremely rude no idea whatsover of how ro create good customer service, which you need locals in the winter to support. I have NO TRUST at all the you will admit the fault, you have shown yourselves as being highly unethical.I only had the phone for 4 days!!! I legally have up tp 14 days to change my mind, let alone the fact that it was faulty!If I don't receive my refund you leave me no choice but to take this to trading standards!Disgusted!

I took an iPhone 10 with a cracked screen into sell, this was an insurance thing- where as the screen broke due to dropping and the insurance played out leaving the phone.I was only offered £115 for a £900 phone but decided to take it . after being messed around for about 40 minutes and paperwork was done they checked in front of me to make sure it wasn't stolen etc. And of course it came up good.After so long being messed around I was told they will only give me £50 deposit until I got them the apple ID , so I took that went home and returned a couple of days later to be told the phone was stolen and he showed me on the internet it has been reported stolen, this phone from new was with one owner, just been dropped , cracked screen nothing more so evidently they have reported it stolen rather than pay me the balance of £55 . absolutely unbelievable, the manager indirectly called me a thief and tried to scare me off with saying he will call the police this phone can be tracked to buyer and is far from a stolen item and no way was ever reported stolen until the shop had it in its 'care'STAY WAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE !!!!!

Bought a second hand phone from here start of September and had great customer service for a lovely young man called Ayden (hope I spelt that correctly!) Really helpful.Came back the next day to clear up a question I had regarding a screen protector and was served by someone else who gave me moody and short replies. Like day and night!

So helpful this morning I was having problems with hearing callers on my phone took the back off had a quick look no problems found. He suggested doing a full reset which I did & everything is back working. Saved me a repair bill or having to upgrade. Top guy best phone shop in a Penzance

Super experience at fone case today. The gentleman was very kind and helpful.

Rob was extremely helpful and patient today and helped me retreive valuable lost photos from my phone and resolve the sd card issues i had problems with when purchased yesterday.I had to put my trust in him with my personal photos and email acct as it took a few hours for him to sort.
