PreLoved Caravan Awnings

We bought a 2nd hand Isabella Ambassador awning from Preloved. As fairly novice caravaners, setting up camp at our first seasonal pitch, the advice and service we received was exceptional. Mark made sure we had the right pegs and storm straps for keeping the awning up Mar-Oct, which was above and beyond what we expected. The awning was in fantastic condition and currently surviving in 50mph winds!

I wanted to dispose of a large seasonal awning that had been included in the purchase of a used caravan. Fortunately I discovered PreLoved Caravan Awnings and entered my details onto their contact form on their web site with brief details of the awning. Mark responded promptly with an estimated trade in value and requested close up photos of key areas to determine the condition and a more accurate trade in value. Although Mark offers a courier service, I decided to drive 150 miles from my home and handed over the awning to Mark. Following a close inspection which identified a couple of areas which needed repairing, we agreed a £25 reduction and Mark deposited the balance in my bank the following day. I was really impressed at the efficiency and professionalism of the service which was faultless. I would thoroughly recommend PreLoved Caravan Awnings to anyone who wishes to sell an awning or to buy a second hand awning. Us caravanners are generally a friendly bunch and this company reflected this by the friendly and efficient service.

Mark and Elaine, are a fabulous couple, I bought an Isabella awning from them, I had no one to help put the awning up, so they very kindly at a small charge, delivered and erected the awning.It wasn’t straight forward either, as they had to remove a four metre wind out awning.I’m absolutely over the moon, with the Isabella 1000 , I would highly recommend this company.They are a hard working honest couple, easy to speak to any time of day.They arrived the day they agreed, on time and worked non stop.. Mark gave good advice about the size of the awning we needed as we thought we would need something bigger. Mark was good enough to fit us in for a visit at short notice and we purchased an awning. Unfortunately, we couldn't get on with it and he was good enough to exchange it for one that had just come in with no quibbles. Naturally we paid the difference. Again, he fitted us in at very short notice. The new awning fits perfectly and we are very happy with it. Excellent. Service with good advice
