Rang Friday after getting quotes online -they were able to price match (actually came in abojt £5 cheaper for 500l) and promised a quicker delivery. Delivery Monday before 12pm. Impressed and prob won't bother with Boiler Juice / Value Oil again future.EBI - would love to be able to get a quote and order online.

Very disappointed....We have used Wirral Fuels for a long time but today rang as usual, for a price of heating oil and quoted the boilerjuice price of £728 and was first offered £767 for a 1000 litres which then came down to £744. I decided to ring other suppliers and was quoted £713 by Quad Oils straight off....I hate profiteering and no acknowledgment of being a loyal customer these days. Shop around.... It may only be £30 to Wirral fuels but when the price is so ridiculously high it makes all the difference.

OUTSTANDING!! I stupidly ran out of fuel last night. Not only did Wirral Fuels price match but they rerouted a driver to deliver before lunchtime so my heating engineer could come out and get things running again! Everyone from Julie in sales to the friendly and understanding driver made a stressful situation effortless! THANKYOU!!!

We have previously ordered oil via Boiler Juice, but decided to find a better oil delivery company. I used to live on the Wirral and also read all the reviews. From booking the oil to receiving it - 2 days earlier than planned (which was great as we had family over today for a pre-Christmas lunch), it was such a good experience. Wirral Fuels went above and beyond to help, both during the process of purchasing our new house, and then when we needed a new oil tank fitting shortly after moving in. Really pleased with the finished job and will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Have used Wirral Fuels for over 20 years. All the staff either in the office or in the service of delivery are always very efficient and pleasant, and in my experience go the extra mile to accommodate their customers. Highly recommended and wouldn't use anyone else.
