We cannot recommend Johnny enough - everything has been absolutely perfect from the first email through to receiving the fantastic photos. We opted for 'The Bestest' package which included a second photographer (Hannah in our case), and having them both around was wonderful. Within 4 weeks we had a brilliant selection of photos which capture the day exactly as we remember it!Nothing seems too much for Johnny - his communication is excellent, his style of photography is stunning, and he was equally happy taking candid shots as he was taking organised group photos. At times you had no idea the photographers were around, and yet they seemed to capture so many emotions and moments you didn't get to see yourself on the day!100% would recommend Johnny Dent to anyone looking for a top-quality wedding photographer. Johnny has been nothing but perfect. As a Covid-wedding, we had to reschedule four times. Every time Johnny was quick to respond and insanely flexible. On the day he was friendly, charming and slotted right in as if he was a guest - making his presence incredibly comfortable and welcome. The photos are exquisite - capturing the joy of the day and the personality of us both and all our friends and family. 10/10 for Johnny - will be one of the best choices you make for your wedding!

Johnny was our wedding photographer last year. For two people who hate to be photographed and didn’t want to waste loads of our wedding day doing posed pictures, Johnny’s approach was perfect. He was lovely, he captured every moment without us even noticing his presence and the pics are un-posed, and really show the love and happiness of the day. Couldn’t recommend more :)

Johnny was completely fabulous to work with at our wedding. He was a calm and relaxed part of the day, and produced some stunning results within a very quick timeframe! We also did a pre-wedding shoot which was so fun and a lovely way to meet him and get to know him a bit too. We had Johnny photograph our very small Covid wedding. As many of the other reviews mention he melds into the background seamlessly, capturing moments that you didn't even realise he was there for! He spent some time looking at locations around where we had our reception and suggested a place to stop on the way there from the registry office, providing us with beautiful photos in a location we hadn't considered! My husband worked with Johnny at a wedding a few years ago so when we got engaged the decision on who was going to do the photos needed no thought. You only have to scroll through Johnny's Instagram to see the amazing range of his photos. He captures joy and emotion in such a natural way. Johnny photographed our wedding last year and we honestly had the best experience with him. On the day Johnny oozed calm and everyone commented on how relaxed he made them feel. We felt so comfortable in front of the camera, and this was 100% down to Johnny who made the whole process so fun and chilled that we basically forgot we were being photographed (to the point where I had to be told several times to stop chatting). But obviously the most important thing for most people when it comes to picking the photographer is the pictures that you get! We now have 100s of gorgeous snaps of our big day, including moments that we would have completely missed otherwise.
