Rossie Ochil House

Stunning, well - equipped and comfortable house in the gorgeous Perthshire countryside. We stayed for 5 days and couldn't have felt more at home. The bedrooms were large but with a cosy feel, the public rooms were magnificent with open fireplaces and the kitchen would gladden a chef's heart with its red Aga and all the gadgets and utensils you could wish for. The perfect place to spend time with extended family or friends. Has hot tub and half - sized snooker table. Very much looking forward to visiting again next Spring.

We stayed in the Granary, a wonderful property that sleeps 8.As is the case with all Solid Luxury properties the house was clean and tidy, reasonably well equipped and very quiet when we were here.

A party of 10 stayed a long weekend here in Oct 2021. The house is in an amazing setting in remote countryside, but in easy reach of Glasgow and Edinburgh. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Cooking and food storage was good for the 10 of us. Having a hot tub and snooker room set the property above the normal level expected. Great for country walks and hilly cycles or just relaxing in the large sofas and chairs.

Beautiful scenery driving to the location. Accommodation fabulous, immaculately clean and comfortable. Two of the staff members attending to the accommodation were exceptionally friendly and encouraged us to look around the other properties that were for rent. House that would attract a larger group was fantastic. All properties highly recommendable. Hot tubs at each property too.

What a fantastic place. House was massive. Really enjoyed my stay here. Set in lovely countryside. Even managed a few walks around the area. And a lovely relaxing dip in the hot tub to unwind afterwards.

Rossie house and gardens are superb. The facilities and staff are great. There are plenty walks to take .myself and grandkids loved it .Playing on the lawn .hot tub. Pool Table. And much more . Second visit to rossie house 2021 the house is still great but could do with a little TLC the odd thing broken not quite right. The summer heat is great but not a lot of ventilation most windows don't open for security. Could do with some fans or air conditioning as kitchen has aga cooker hot hot all the time .When we arrived outside both doors rather dirty cigarette buts etc none of us smoke so could do with checking.The outside sitting area is a seen its best days . Hard wood seats and round park bench style not to comfortable some of the seats are broken and rotten. No outside cushions. The area could be used a lot better with some thought.I agree with some other reviews the Bins could be a bit closer to house. We try to make a event of it Bin walk .but after saying all that we love the house and Tranquility it gives . We will be back yyeehh

Absolutely loved our stay. Had 2 teenagers with us and they weren’t bored without reception to their phones. They were kept occupied by the hot tub and games table. Had enclosed garden perfect as we took our dog. They left a wee treat bag for dog that was a nice touch. I personally loved the tranquility sitting out in garden and hearing just the birds no traffic this was my type of holiday. Agree with some ppl could do with a bit of tic but for us we loved it would defo come again. We stayed in the keepers lodge these was 4 of us so was defo enough space for us as this is an 8 person cottage. Has everything u need for cooking all utensils even salt, pepper and tea, sugar and coffee and a carton of milt to start u off defo wasn’t disappointed.
