Very impressed with the service I received from TeamHeat Belfast today. Have used them for the past 2 years and they have been excellent. Paul has done 2 annual services for us and has always been very thorough, pleasant and honest. He has explained everything very clearly. Would highly recommend them

Fantastic job from start to finish. I had a burst pipe, they called me to arrange a time, called me back for video call to show the issue. Polite, professional and great communication. I had Paul out the week later to service my boiler as well. Great job all round

Untrustworthy. Prearranged appointment for today at 9am and they (Paul who took my call and agreed date and time) just didn't show up! No call or sorry can't make it. Really left me in the lurch and had to get another plumber who took pity me. Unacceptable .

Paid a premium price to get boiler looked at quickly and was told repair would be done by the end of that day or worst case the next morning. Agreed price based on the assumption that we would have our heat back on in our house quickly (within 24 hours of breakdown). The next day we ended up waiting all day in a cold house for repair not to actually be carried out until after 7pm. A very unpleasant, petty conversation then ensued when we asked for a discount due the repair not being carried out in a timely manner as agreed. Would not recommend.

TeamHeat where 5Star and I have already recommend them to my family and friends. We were very stuck as our gas boiler broke just as the bad winter weather came however TeamHeat were with us when everywhere else we called were fully booked. They have the staff knowledge and professionalism to get the job done. Paul the owner and his colleague were so friendly, mannerly, polite and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. This was a complex job but they stuck with it and completed the work to a very high standard. A very hardworking team. We are so grateful we used TeamHeat.

Extremely poor customer service. Very disappointed. Agreed job for oil to gas conversion with Paul. Waited over a month from point of contact for him to complete the engineer form to apply for grant. Contacted numerous times and let down repeatedly. Leaving my elderly mum without heat for longer over winter months. Found new installer, form completed within a few days and new quote at least £800 cheaper! I would not recommend.

Did a great job on installing the boiler BUT... sadly had to look elsewhere for servicing. Four no shows Aug/Sept 2020. No answer to our call on last no show so called from a different number and magically got through. A simple text to say you cant make an appointment is just common courtesy. So what was a good experience turned rather disappointing.

Called to arrange a boiler service. They didn't answer but instead text me asking to text instead. They agreed to come out to service my boiler. Told me they'd do it 04/04/22 in the afternoon & they'll contact me 30 min prior to arrival and that it was £72 for a service (which is more expensive than what I've had it serviced for before - but I thought this was just due to basically everything going up in price) and I accepted.Waited in all morning just in case they were able to come early (my own choice). Afternoon came, no call or text. It's 16:10 and nobody has text or called. I'm guessing with all trades they finish at 16:30 or 17:00. I text asking if they were still coming. No response so I thought they were on a job and give them more time.While waiting I begin to read reviews of this company and see that some people mentioned they come out a lot later than agreed or not at all. In some instances where they didn't come out at all they never responded to a customer to confirm if they're still coming or not.It's a day later and I've still not received a text or a call offering an apology or an attempt to reschedule.Company has responded to some reviews saying they never showed because of emergency jobs. Fair enough but it takes literally seconds to send a text or make a call to reschedule.Waited in all afternoon & early evening for nothing.Here's the kicker - Called another company to come and do the service. They returned my call to book me in through what seems like a proper booking system AND A SERVICE IS ONLY £60!So I would not recommend these guys based on the fact that they appear to be unprofessional in their handling of customers bookings, communication, their lack of respect for wasting our time & the fact that they're charging well above what other companies charge for the same service.I'm sure you're nice in person but this experience is very disappointing & I will not be recommending or using you again.

Paul came out and did a boiler service and fitted a new shower bar in my bathroom. All in it was £90 which I find very reasonable. He was very flexible as I couldn't be at home when he was free to call but Paul waited on me. He did a quality job and was very courteous & kind.I'd have no hesitation using Team Heat again.

Can highly recommend. Paul was extremely efficient, professional and also genuine. A new boiler was required and the work was thorough and to a high standard. Excellent communication through out.
