Friendly,efficient and helpful staff. I found a tear in a tyre when checking the pressure, went to ATS to get 2 new tyres, hadn't pre-arranged or booked it,but nevertheless they managed to sort it for me that same day without too much of a wait.

Great service. Had my car turned around in about half an hour with four new tyres.

Staff are rude and do not like customers!! WARNING everyone needs to avoid this garage like the plague for the sake of your bank account, they WILL try and sell you things you do not need! The garage is sat empty in each bay with no customers and no cars waiting, interestingly with no mechanics visually present either and no appointments available plastered on signs all over the place (yeah, morning of skiving was obvious as NOTHING was happening AT ALL) which wasn’t a problem as I was in no rush. Staff are old fashioned in customer service methods, as in they WILL try and sell you more tyres / items than you need or asked for to start with pretty poor reasons given when challenged why, when challenged enter the guilt trips to try and sell you more. Subsequently when insisted I only wanted one tyre they contradicted the rationale they provided me and try to sell me a £300 Goodyear tyre without asking my budget (they had just been talking about my existing budget tyres) again, when I stated no to Goodyears the look of judgment and disgust was clearly evident and again was attempted be sold the £300 tyre on guilt. I was finally provided with a budget price (their mood was clearly as if they wasn’t getting commission from this). Budget price was higher than many places around and by this point I was politely trying to leave anyway.To sum up: a flat tyre will cost you £1200 here to fix. They DO AND WILL try and sell you items you DO NOT NEED. If you want to feel like a woman back in the day at garages being ripped off this is the place for you. Finally, to the manager, if this is you I dealt with or not, you have serious issues here with customer service and workshy staff. It would be interesting to see the garage log for workload compared to other garages.

Cannot fault them. Customer service excellent. Two canny lads sorted out my tyre and I couldn't be happier. Being an older single lady companies have taken advantage and it's not nice, but these two were brilliant. Will definitely recommend and definitely use again.

I'm on holiday and my car developed a problem with the wheel bearings no one could fit me in for a repair in the area. The guys at ats fitted me in and ordered the parts and had the car ready to go for 2.30 the same day can't thank them enough, great service and helpfull staff 10/10.

replaced the wrong tyre after asking for offsides doing assuming id just want lowest tread ones replacing (my rear nearside was well within legal limit which they lied about told them that and checked and said it was fine?) but i needed it specifically doing because of leaking pressure and ontop of that never even replaced the valves?? literally get charged for that its on the form. no chance getting them to sort this i did try they were very UNhelpful lol. very poor wouldn't trust them at all plenty of honest garages around here

I had an emergency with my car which I use daily. In a bit of a flap I phoned ATS in Driffield who said despite being fully booked run the car in straight away and they would attempt to fix it.Really appreciate them fitting me in, when I arrived the staff were very friendly and welcoming; they usually are when they want your money right! But through the whole experience they were truly great!1st rate customer service and they did indeed manage to fix my car that very day which suffered from a calliper failure meaning the front drivers brake was stuck on.Communication via phone call through the day was great keeping me updated the whole time and also checking I was okay with costs before work was carried out was important to me.If waiting there is a seated reception area and a basic drinks machine. You can view the vehicle working area from reception too.Based on this experience I would totally recommend and would not hesitate to use again, hopefully next time more of a planned visit!

Called about having my a/c recharged. Friendly helpful staff, got me fitted in straightaway. I waiting for them to recharge my a/c which they did very quickly and with a very reasonable charge to boot! Thanks very much! Will not hesitate to use again.
