PLEASE AVOID! SCAMMERS !!This company should be closed down, they are criminals. Internet never works after promising you all goodies then they drop the line making you to get an engineer visit to do nothing then charge you more money.The customer service is the worst I have ever since all my life, not trained, not professional at all and won’t help you in any way. Please stop using this company, it’s better you pay extra £ and get good service and rest of mind instead of this cheap criminals.

Direct save were £126 a year cheaper than my BT contract for land line and broadband.They sent a good router that had an equivalent range of my BT one.Broadband speed is slightly better than BT at the moment. I found them very easy to deal with.

They charge an extortionate amount for speeds that you never get and it's constantly dropping out! Rubbish servic3e and quality. Customer service is also shocking!! If you are with direct save its probably because you have no other choice thanks to your housing development, otherwise nobody with any choice would utilise these biffs.

This company should not be allowed to operate they are thieves they take payments in advance then cut ur services when u tell them u already have paid the months they are asking don’t get any speed not even 2 wen I had the 100 dowload package there has got to be a way to stop this company doing this to people they need investigation this shouldn’t be allowed to happen please avoid !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My live date was 31st May. Still waiting for connection. (June 7th). Every time I ring up I am given a different excuse. Openreàch is at fault. Their supplier is at fault. The delivery driver bringing my internet box is at fault, even though I said I have the box set up. There's no such thing as a 14 day cooling off period. And they don't offer refunds. There's a delay on my payment, I had paid £28.51 the fortnight before. There's a problem with the phone number I gave them. Every time I was promised it would be connected by midnight or the next working day for definite. Really wished I read the reviews first. That's a mistake I won't be making again.

I wanted to transfer the ownership of an account to someone else. I called the customer service and talked to a man, he hanged the phone rudely after 3 seconds. I had to call back to sort it out. The lady said his name is Dean.Dean, if you are reading this mate, you need to grow up. That was very rude.

I needed a landline to start working and they gave me a precise date when i was able to use the service so i joined them. When the day came they told me that i needed to wait another week and half to start working....This was terrible news for me as i really needed money to pay bills etc...They are liers and shameless like Virgin Media, disgusting. AVOID

Just signed up for a telephone line. The sales assistant was very helpful in explaining how the fibre router works and all the charges. My wife can now keep talking on the phone with her elderly mum.

Mum was with these cowboys for 18 days didn't even use and charge her £197 I paid £54 I get ML collections chasing for £197 I ask them for a statement 3 times to provide proof no reply just the same email in correspondence to the email please make payment. Not even replying about previous email. Their website is the most rubbish one ever does not show the bill. How can I pay a bill when I don't even know the bill or it doesn't even show. Paul Edwards from ml chasing money and does not even correspond with what I asked him.

A company that is neither direct in its dealings nor, it seems , capable of providing an acceptable level of service. Invariably, complaints over their failings are met with an unhelpful - indeed aggressive- response. A provider to be avoided should you wish to save your peace of mind!
