Phoenix Education Day Nursery

Our daughter came here from 15months until she was 3.5 years. She loved it. They had an amazing settling in procedure which really helped as she was very clingy, she wouldn’t eat their meals for ages but we worked closely together and they ensured she was fed something. Her developed soared from the socialisation and interaction they offered. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking. The staff are friendly and approachable.

I love this nursery so much that we now travel half an hour each way and leave the house ridiculously early to get there since moving house!The ladies are fabulous and so hardworking!Luckily my youngest has a few years left there as I think I will be pretty sad when our time here comes to an end!

I went here 11 years ago , But a lot could've changed since then , but I was one who always used to drive the staff crazy , It was so bad they had to give my parents a record of my behaviour , The staff are nice , But if you mess around they are are harsh , from what I remember , they're fair and a great nursery , but I haven't gone here in 11 years , I'm writing this all from memory , which is very vague , so my review may be outdated.

Took my child there because of the outstanding rating, most of the staff are unfriendly , this nursery is more interested in the money.

My boy has been here since 9 months old and is now 2 and a half. He's flourished here. Loves nursery days and always comes home excited to tell us everything he's done. The food is amazing and having everything cooked fresh on site means I know he's had a hot healthy meal every day which he enjoys. The staff have always been pleasant and genuinely seem to care about all the kids there. Love the use of the parent app too so that we can see pictures of his day and what's he's had for meals etc. If I have any more children I wouldn't hesitate to send them here!

Great Nursery. My daughter is 4 and has been coming here since she was 12 months. The staff are great and she has learned so much since being here.

My daughter started here around 1 month ago. The staff are wonderful and have made my little one's start to nursery as smooth as possible. I'm kept up to date on everything my daughter has got up to during the day and she is always coming home with paintings & drawings she's made. She's always kept busy and considering the short amount of time my daughter has been here, the staff have made real connections with her already and they are so attentive to her needs. The atmosphere within the nursery is a happy one and I'm so pleased with my choice of sending my daughter to Phoenix over other local Nurseries.
