Once they have your money, good luck getting any responses, absolute shambles when it comes to communication.Was referred for an issue with my initial class 1 and I provided all the detail they needed and since then I’ve heard nothing.You never pay too much attention when booking, but I urge anyone that’s thinking of using them to ask yourself this question - why can’t you get through on a phone number? It’s a ‘virtual reception’ service and you can’t actually speak to them. Emails are simply ignored and if you read the other negative reviews, it seems as though I too will need to take legal action to recover the money (nearly £1000) they were very happy to take immediately.

Very disappointing so far. Since end of October I have been trying to arrange a pilot's initial medical for both UK and Europe (which they advertise as providing). However, emails are not responded to and when I finally got through on the phone, it was to a call centre lady who said they are not able to pass messages on, she just referred me back to the website. Given that this double medical is going to cost nearly £1000, I am very surprised and disappointed at the total lack of communication from the company. I really do not understand why they advertise a service they do not seem interested/able to provide? If I do manage to book and appointment with them, I will leave an updated review.

I had my Class 1 Initial UK & EASA completed here, it was very well organised and professional. Dr Fonso made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs a medical completing.

Dr Fonso and his team deliver an excellent service. I have been attending my annual CAA medical with Dr Fonso at his Birmingham office for more than 5 years. On each occasion, he and everyone in his team takes the time for a warm welcome, to put me at ease and take me through the medical with an informative and caring manner. I would not want to have anyone else undertaking my medical. A 5 out of 5 star service. Highly recommended.

I initially gave Aeromedical a 1 star review. After booking my medical with them and paying 240 GBP as a deposit i had to cancel my appointment. I cancelled well within the time frame for a refund. After a couple of weeks i still had not received my money back. I contacted them about this via email and got no response. If you call their phone number you get put through to a call center that passes on messages to the company. After calling 3 times and being told that they would get back to me within 3 working days i was losing patience.I did start to pursue legal action when i got a call from the director of the company Dr Michael Fonso. He apologized about the whole situation and assured me that they are fixing the communication issues people have faced, he issued the refund immediately. I have had a medical with Dr Fonso before and i know he is a great professional and a good guy. I do trust these issues will be fixed in due course.

Great experience. I had Dr Fonso for my initial EASA class 1 and he was absolutely brilliant. Calmed any nerves that I had and there was very Little waiting around also. I'll definitely be back.
