I would like to thank Mr Chandrashekar for giving me the care and assistance that I so badly needed regards to my foot Operation. He took the time to examine the situation carefully and without his attention I would still be in a lot of pain and the matter unresolved.You are worth more than 5 stars. Thank you so much.

I've been under the care ofMr Yeh, who I found to be very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. The experience during my day admittances was excellent. All the staff were very kind, caring and polite - from the reception staff to the nurses, theatre staff, anaesthetists and catering staff. To the cleaning staff too because the hospital is absolutely spotless. Thank you to everyone who looked after me and kept checking in on me after my procedure. A special thank you to Arora who gave me that little extra attention and kindness. Also to Mirela S (who was on duty when I was discharged). She was very helpful and her reassurance every step of the way when I felt a little anxious meant alot to me. Thank you to everyone! Best wishes Eleni (Helen)

Had a private GP appointment today at 15:30 & get a call at 15:24 to say that clinic is cancelled , I am already at the hospital at this point I’m not feeling well. This is very inconvenient and unprofessional.I will not be using this service again .

Excellent standard of care for my day surgery, could not have been better. Everything and everyone I had contact with was excellent, and an excellent standard of medical care.

two weeks of calling the contracts team.. no replys at all , 3 times the phone was cut off .. still waiting for treatment and getting nowhere fast

Terrible customer service, cancelled my appointment without letting me know. I went for nothing and the staff could not care less less. Took an appointment with another place where everything was fine. I will not go there again.

Not happy about some services received unfortunately! the hospital is nice and modern.

I had foot surgery there earlier this year and have just finished my physio. Excellent care and friendly and competent staff. Special mention to my surgeon Mr Chandrashekar and my physio Omoniyi Ojapinwa. My foot is so much better than before the surgery - happy patient
