Love this place! I visited Carlisle in August 2022. Hadn't been there in 15 years (I live in Australia) and the rolls were just as tasty as I'd remembered. I had a roast gammon roll with gravy to dip it in. So tasty! This place is on my list any time I come to Carlisle.

This is possibly the best place to go for a baguette at lunch. All the food they serve is fresh and well made. Fillings are brilliant. We have friend from Manchester who visited for chicken mayo and now when ever passing carlisle always stops for a baguette. Cant go wrong.

Some sandwhich bars just know how to make a good sandwich and this place is one of them, while working in Carlisle I’ll be travelling here my lunch every day, perfect

Amazing little shop!!!! Friendly staff (even to a foreigner). Highly recommend! We went twice in a 3 day trip.

Ordered breakfast, bacon covered in melted polystyrene from the box so can only assume that the breakfast was microwaved!!! Not the hottest food despite that and low quality meat. Had to give one star to leave a review but it's a minus star for me.
