KB Boxing and fitness gym

Joined KB when it first opened and what can I say? The support that is given from each member is something that cannot be matched anywhere else. I have made friends for life & I enjoy going to the gym knowing that if my formation is off or I am stuggling with a weight, there is always people around to help! Thanks so much to the KB team for going about and beyond!

I have never been to a gym where women empower eachother the way the ladies in this gym do…The girls have made me grow in so much confidence and my ability to believe in myself a lot more..Kb boxing gym is a safe space where I can fully be myself and am constantly supported when it comes to my disability..all the women in the in gym will selflessly have patience to make sure I’m hearing and understanding everything being said.. therefore my workouts and time in the gym gets to be just as fun and meaningful equally!

Amazing gym love it !

I started with KB boxing August 2022 and have not looked back since ! The gym is filled with wonderful supportive woman who cheer each other through their journeys. Kate is such a down to earth coach, she makes you feel welcomed into her classes and has a way of making you feel like you have found your place! Since joining I’m the gym I have found a passion for boxing, and have lost 3.5st so far on my journey to being a better version of myself. The gym what’s app group is also a great source of support outside of the gym, a place to share meal ideas, advice, or just have a chat with everyone. It is scary joining a new gym, but I highly recommend KBs !
