We contacted HSI on Tues Sept 5 and after a survey we had a new alarm system, lights, and two cameras installed less thana week later.The engineers were brilliant, efficient, tidy, and very mannerly, a credit to themselves and the company.I would happily recommend HSI to any friends wanting security upgraded or installed.

Fabulous company! I rang them and Steve came out the same day to assess our current alarm system which had stopped working and gave me a quote depending on what we wanted. Owen and Jack came out and fitted the alarm within a week. They were so polite, professional and respectful! Really great service! Would highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

We experienced an electrical problem over a weekend. Called HSI to report and Steve came out promptly and without any fuss. He replaced our standby battery and made sure the system was back up and running very quickly. He left us with a quote to upgrade the system as the current system dates from around 2010 and is getting ready for replacement. Would happily recommend HSI without hesitation for their excellent service.

HSI recently completed an alarm installation for me. All of their engineers have been friendly, professional throughout and the work was completed to a high standard. I would definitely recommend. In addition the turnaround time from initial quote to installation was very quick.

Phoned up yesterday explaining that some of the keypad buttons were getting unreliable and needed it replacing. Unfortunately, due to it's age, it is now obsolete so a new control box and keypad were required.Jacob came out this morning and installed the new equipment.Excellent service all round by HSI and Jacob.Highly recommended.
