I'm writing this review years on because I recently found the letters from them and remembered the hell was put through. I remember when I was 19 years old (7 years ago now) and I did have a debt to pay but didn't have the money due to losing my job.I explained this to Lowell and they were so misunderstanding, telling me I had the money to take out my phone contract with O2 and why didn't I have it now. I kept telling them that I was currently unemployed and they kept hounding me.I'd get phone calls every day, sometimes 5+ per day. They told me I had a certain amount of time to pay the debt or they were going to get debt collectors to take my belongings. They also threatened me with court on more than 1 occasion.I ended up having to sell my stuff to pay off this debt because they didn't give me much time to pay it off.Bare in mind I was only 19 and they were scare mongering. They buy the debts from company's for a share of the money, horrible horrible people and wouldn't wish what I went through on my worst enemy.

After receiving an email from Lowell and not knowing for what reason I made a phone call to the number listed and after going through the various options with the recorded operator I was connected to a Customer Service Agent and after a very pleasant conversation was able to have my concerns and questions resolved to a very high standard. I have to say how times have changed in the way these calls are dealt with- the Agent was very professional and reassuring and was on point and clear with her responses which for me I was very impressed by and happy when the conversation ended. So I would say to anyone that receives any emails from Lowell Financial Ltd do respond and call them because all they want to do is to help and support you with whatever your circumstances may be. So one last thing from me to the Agent that I spoke with is thank you very much for your advice and support- thank you.....

I spoke to an amazing lady, she sorted out a payment plan that I can afford. She looked at everything and we both came to an agreement. Definitely will get my debits payed and not have to choose between keeping my electricity on and paying the debts off. I can do both especially in the cost off living crisis we in.

Very understanding company. They have kept in touch for MONTHS but never pushed. Easy to set up online payments and even after filling out the budget calculator, they won't push you to pay what you can't afford. Best company I've dealt with regarding debts.

I was truly treat with, PATIENCECARE, CALMNESS and no pressure, you can really work with this firm and the really nice staff, can put you at ease, without prejudice and truly want to help you, at your pace and they are great at putting you first and how you help to really appreciate your circumstances and ease the worry, sand help to stop the problem getting out of control. I would recommend them and trust them completely, because they really LISTEN!, My problem is no more, I am very happy with how together we worked to do this.

I would have thought when dealing with a debt management company they would be abrupt and pressurising you to pay back what you owe but nothing could be further from the truth. Everyone I have spoken with have been so understanding and helpful that I can't praise them enough. If you are ever in the situation where they get in touch with you don't be afraid to get in touch with them. They really will try to help you through difficult times.

They don't listen just hound me with constant phone calls and letters ,,I filled in an expenditure as I'm not working due to ill heath including depression and anxiety. One conversation put my anxiety through the roof , with the expenditure indicates I don't have any spare money ..I told them instead of me walking away ill pay £1. Per month for each debtors, so they then send me a letter asking for £10 per debt ..which would then make me have hardly any food money .

Makes a refreshing change to speak to a person with a moral sense of decency. Lovely customer service, no waiting time, very informative and supportive. Would highly recommend. Debt can be daunting but the young lady I spoke with had a great approach to help.

I hope you never will have to deal with this company. A very old mobile phone account which was cancelled decided that I still owed them around £70. Although paid it in full this company still defaulted my account. No communication of any form before defaulting. Absolutely rubbish service. A clean credit history for years has been ruined thanks to these people. I have never had any issue with any of my payments or creditors before or since. Absolutely disgusted.

I’m being charged for a bill that has absolutely nothing to do with me, to an address that I have never lived on. They were looking at whatever notes they had on the system for me for this wrong address and reading it out to me, but When I ask them to bring up the correct records at the correct address that was paid off almost 4 years ago they say the system was down, bearing in mind this was one minute after the other.They cannot prove that I was living at this wrong address but want me to prove instead.!? When I told them I had bank statements for the correct address that I payed off 4 years ago they said they couldn’t see that on their records because the system was down, but started reading out a reference number for me for the wrong address that they had on the system, but ye the system was down !?
