Would give 0 stars waited over 45 mins for a taxi in the rain with my little boy when i was told there was a taxi 2 minutes from my location. I ring up several times in that 45 minutes and the last call made i was informed they had trying calling me which was false and they cancelled the taxi

Only 1 star as it won't let me give 0 stars for no service as promised. Operator said that you can't rely on the app and you should always call despite giving them over half an hour's notice. Called and said they would send a car and it never arrived! If I didn't see a taxi around town from this company, I would have said they don't exist except the liars in the office. NEVER ATTEMPT TO USE THEM.

I wanted a taxi from Lancaster to Manchester for 3am. On the call the day before, I've been told it was £70 as I asked again for confirmation that this was the price and they said yes. Taxi turned up and asked us for £170 , a £100 on top. Probably it wasn't the driver's fault, but obviously you don't want to deal with other taxis as it was late at night and we had to take the loss. Hopefully next time you think twice before giving wrong prices to people or at least real expectations.

Absolute shambles of a service. I haven't used a taxi in years and have had cause to do so twice this week. Both times, despite advance booking, they didn't turn up when they said they would. They didn't let me know that they wouldn't be turning up as arranged, and upon chasing them they then told me they didn't know when they could get a taxi to me.To add insult to injury, their prices are a joke.They must have a monopoly around here or something as they wouldn't survive in a competitive environment. I'd rather walk.

Dirty horrible company employing disgusting drivers one nearly took my front end off today while I was driving in lancaster City Centre. I've sent dashcam footage to the council and I hope his license gets revoked.

Great experience, lovely helpful driver and office admins.I had to get a long taxi ride back late on Saturday night due to an emergency.I didn’t get the taxi drivers name but he showed up within 5 minutes, was lovely to chat too and was a safe driver.I realised the next day I had left my car key in the taxi! We rang the office and they were really helpful about it all.5 stars would use again ☺️

I tried to book a cab to the A&E this morning. The person I called to book was very rude, but told me my cab would arrive in ten minutes.5 minutes later I receive a call from someone asking if I need a taxi, I said “yes, I’ve already booked one” and he hung up on me.After waiting 15 minutes, I called the company asking where my driver was, and I was told that the person who called me five minutes after I booked was my driver, but that he had left because I was not there.

They have absolutely no people skills, especially for a business that primarily functions through customer service. I waited 20 mins for a taxi that never arrived, called again and was hung up on twice, and when I finally got through to someone half reasonable I heard a woman in the background screaming about a customer which was, at that point, comical because of the utter disbelief I was in at the entire situation. Do yourself a favour and use a different taxi rank.
