Nick was great - I dropped off my laptop on a Friday before the bank holiday and by Tuesday he had diagnosed the issue. Great communication and good value. Would definitely recommend.

My PC broke down, and I struggled to find anyone in my area that would return my emails or pick up my calls. Nick picked up my call, then picked up my PC from my home later that day. He fixed and returned my PC the next day, all for £40, as fortunately I didn't need any new parts.Nick was professional, polite, and his prices seem very reasonable to me. I would definitely call on him again if my computer breaks, and would recommend him to anyone else in the area.

I finally decided to upgrade from Windows 7 to 10. Paul was kind enough to arrange to check my current specifications via remote connection. The memory was a little low, so I opted to upgrade this before upgrading to Windows 10. Paul came back the next day, installed the ram, upgraded windows, and I was up and running in just over an hour. Nothing was too much for him. the price was extremely good compared to others' quotes. Kept me informed through the whole process. Will be using Pc care again and recommending to others.

Both my husband and I phoned on different days and left messages for someone to contact us. No one has.Edit: Having spoken to Paul from PC Care I now understand the situation. I will be more than happy to use his Company if/when the need arises in the future..
