Super quick and excellent fix on my iPhone. Needed front and back glass replacement plus a new battery. Picked up from my home at midday and had a full fixed phone back by 6pm that day. Prices were very reasonable and service was awesome. Would absolute use again and recommend highly

Excellent service. I had a broken iPad screen. I made a booking on their website and the iPad was collected the following morning. I was kept in touch by email (from a real person) and the repair was completed the same day. Price was reasonable compared to Apple and also when you consider the cost of the genuine kit to do it yourself. Friendly and helpful.Would certainly recommend this company.

I can’t recommend GadgetWiz enough, they replaced the screen on my iPad today. They picked it up from my home address before 9am this morning and dropped it back by 8pm. It looks brand new. They are professional, courteous and very good value for money. I will definitely be using them again if we have any other mishaps! Thanks again GadgetWiz.

I dropped my phone clumsily, twice, on Sunday night. Really impressed with GadgetWiz. Great communication and quality service. On a Sunday!!! They kindly fitted me in just before they usually finish. They clearly communicated with me and were kind and professional. Within 4 hours, I'd had my phone picked up, repaired and dropped off again. I got a new battery and charging port. Both work great and the battery works - it's also recognised by my iPhone's battery health metre which shows the quality of the repair.I would highly recommend this service as I've had terrible phone repairs before. I'll always go to GadgetWiz. Arguably a better service and speed than Apple.

Absolutely amazing service from these guys. They picked up my device from my home within the stated time period. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. It was a slightly complicated repair so they needed it overnight. They kept me informed of their progress throughout. My iPhone was returned the next day. The guys who picked up and delivered were so polite and friendly. I cannot fault the service I received. And their price was so reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic service from GadgetWiz. My daughter's phone was so smashed up, and I was horrified at the prices quoted for repair but I found the guys at GadgetWiz online and the service was awesome. Collected and repaired and delivered back on the same day, and I thought the price was very reasonable. They stayed in touch throughout the day, giving me updates and timings and I would really recommend them.

GadgetWiz are a fantastic service. The customer service they provide is unmatched and I'm so impressed with how quick their service is.I spoke to GadgetWiz late on Wednesday and they arranged for their driver to pick up my Macbook air early Thursday morning between 9-10am. The driver was here at about 9.15am. Not long after, they called me after having run the diagnostic and confirmed that my screen had broken internally and would need to be replaced. I took some time to consider my next steps and on Friday morning at 10.44am I notified them that i'd like them to repair my screen. The screen was replaced and dropped off at my home by 7.30pm. The driver who picked up and dropped off my Mac was lovely. I'm just so impressed by the quick turnaround and how professional the team are. My screen looks beautiful.Overall, they offer good value for service considering how expensive places charge to repair any Apple products. Only thing I would keep in mind is perhaps skipping the diagnostic if possible as that will save you £45. I knew the problem was to do with my screen due to an internal crack of some sort but because i was hoping it would still be a loose wire or something less costly.I had to come back to edit this review because the screen fitted actually ended up causing issues a few months later and I had to get it fully replaced again by Apple. I’m not saying i don’t recommend the service as it was during the pandemic and I couldn’t wait til apple could assist me but clearly it’s not as good as Apple.
