I'm really happy I chose A-OK driving school. Paul has a very calm and collected demeanour which creates the ideal atmosphere to learn. His overall learning plan is well structured, while on an individual lesson basis client-centred, never forgetting to ask what your goals are at the start of every lesson.A-OK is a perfect example why picking an independent school over one of the larger ones is the right choice. Passed my test first time! Paul is a great instructor, he is patient, supportive and has great attention to detail. He put in extra hours before my test and always went above and beyond to make sure I felt prepared and confident. Lessons were really enjoyable and Paul put me at ease while learning. I would definitely recommend learning with this school!

I came to Paul a few weeks before my test and he gave me lessons when he had a cancellation. I only got 3 lessons and then practiced at home afterwards and I passed my test with 5 minors! Paul is a great instructor, calm and clear with what he says and very patient with you. 10/10 would recommend.

Paul is a professional and calm driving instructor, and with his guidance I was able to pass my driving test first time. Moreover, Paul always went the extra mile to ensure I was test ready and even took me to the test centre on his day off.The cost of the lessons are also value for money and really competitive when compared to other driving schools in the area.

Paul was a very good driving instructor, who is very calm, understanding and patient with his pupils. This led to me passing 1st time with only 3 minors. He was understanding of having to miss occasional lessons, and would give plenty of notice on the very rare occasion he had to cancel. He was also exceptional through the covid period until present and his car is regularly wiped down and he always wears a mask.

Paul has been a brilliant instructor. He takes a structured yet client-centric approach that allowed me to work on areas of my driving that needed practice. Even if I thought I'd had a terrible lesson he was always able to highlight the good parts, so I didn't lose my confidence. I recently passed my test and would definitely recommend A-OK Driving School.

Past my test first time today with 0 faults all thanks to Paul. Couldn't of asked for a better instructor, very calm and patient. Great teacher, I enjoyed taking lessons with him. 100% would recommend!

Had a quick refresher driving lesson with Paul. He was very competent, patient and explained things very well. Was very clued up on what the examiners are looking for, test routes, complicated areas etc. Lesson was hugely useful for me and I passed the test on the 1st go. Highly recommended. Tks

Paul has been in my life stepping up to be my stepdad for over 15 years now, and is the most outgoing person, so easy to talk to, very patient and a very understanding instructor. he would always focus on me and ask which areas i thought i needed help with to build confidence which helped massively! he would use his own days off to give me lessons which i am very appreciative of. he also made sure to put in the extra hours before my test and i got the result i wanted.despite being my stepdad he was so professional and was always calm and collective no matter the day of the week.thankyou so much for your hard work and being supportive and so patient with me to get that end result, couldn’t thank you enough!
