Atrium Hotel Heathrow

Last night of quarantine from a red list country and this hotel was superb! From the minute I stepped in, everyone has been very accommodating. I arrived around 6 pm and was given a menu to choose from despite the last-minute notice. As with any hotel during the pandemic, the menu has 3-4 options (with halal and Indian food options each time) for lunch & dinner. Breakfast was the same (cereal, milk, pastry, fruit, yogurt, egg/bacon/vegetarian roll) but can’t fault the hotel for that as they are catering to hundreds if not thousands of travelers from red list countries all over the world. The room was equipped with air conditioning, a bathtub, television, mini-fridge, kettle, blow dryer, and some toiletries (shampoo, bar soap, liquid soap). You can also request washing soap etc if needed. The window opens slightly (just enough to let air circulate) and the view is beautiful - kept me sane and entertained to people watch and enjoy the small breeze from outside. I stayed in my room throughout my stay but had a few things delivered - arrived at my room promptly. Security was quick to pick up the phone for any queries I had as was the reception. Overall, I felt very safe and will even go so far as to say that I enjoyed my stay here. It was really nice to be able to relax and live a slow-paced lifestyle, especially following the rigorous process of flying in. The hotel’s good reviews are as accurate as they can be and if you have been allocated to this hotel you can consider yourself lucky and put your mind at ease as you’ve got a nice, safe, and relaxing 11 nights ahead of you!

Stayed here for my mandatory quarantine so I did not get to explore the hotel as I wanted to. Hotel is not too far from the airport and very easy to find. I was concerned about the cleanness of the room, but the room was very well cleaned. Plenty of space. Nothing to complain about, Food was sent on time individually packed & in good temperature. Got a variety of food served during my stay. Soups, Sandwiches, Wraps, chicken roast, Curry, fruits & etc. In the showroom there were individual shower products which was enough for my stay. Staff was helpful & friendly.

The hotel is only few minutes away from the airport and you cannot miss the hotel for its unique look!!The staff was super friendly and accommodating. When it comes to meals, they offer you just what they promised you. Also, if you have any dietary needs, they will adjust them. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Room was super with amazing view to the airport. Bed was cozy, closet, work station and the bathroom was tidy and neat.

Loved my stay here at Atrium on my short visit to London. Hotel is fairly new and very well maintained. Front office team to the room service was excellent & very polite. Hotel is known for plane spotters paradise because if you can book yourself a room with the view to Heathrow Airport runaway your in for an amazing experience.Hotel is walking distance away to a tube station and from there you can easily get to Central London or other locations. Food is great value for money. You should also check out their pool and the gym.

It’s a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious... hotel is very close to the airport, about 5 minutes in a cab.Rooms are warm. Excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew. Room has all the things we needed, Huge TV, Comfortable clean bed, Small workstation, Really good shower. I’d definitely stay here again

My first time in London and spent my quarantine at atrium. Great location. Lovely large rooms. Great comfy beds and the bed linen and towels all crispy white. I was given the food menu for the first couple of days. Sent food on time & plentiful. Room was in an excellent position over viewing the Heathrow runaway !! I was very lucky to get this room because the rooms were allocated depending on the availability. I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Excellent property, very convenient to reach from the airport. But I was not here for a holiday, my stay here was for quarantine. staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and spacious. I advise you to check the menu prior to your stay and request food if you have dietary requirements. You can get food delivered from outside as well. Bathroom had shampoos & stuff enough for my stay, I was allowed outside for 10-20 minutes for a day. Room has a large TV & WiFi was okay. I didn't face any difficulties with the staff or any other service they provided. But it sure is not easy to stay inside a room for 12 days.You can speak with staff and sort out things ,they are very helpful.

Enjoyed our stay here prior to our holiday. Room was comfortable and we were lucky to get one overlooking the runway. Staff were polite and efficient; From the moment we entered the hotel the staff were attentive. The hotel itself is amazing!! Very nice décor. Clean bathroom and the shower is really nice. Great location for Heathrow Airport & to reach central London. Will use again.

Beautiful lobby area with bar and plenty of comfortable seating. Food was yummy and well worth the price. Love the color yellow! Bed was very cozy! room was very well cleaned to my liking.Staff is what really has me coming back, they are wonderful & so sweet. Hotel is located close to the Hatton cross tube station which was so convenient for me to get to places. About 2-3 minutes to the airport by cab. Really impressed with this hotel. Overall, this is a great hotel & I would stay here again.

My parents stayed here for their mandatory quarantine. Staff went above and beyond to serve them the food they wanted, both of them have certain dietary requirements. Staff was very helpful. My parents had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. They were very well taken care of. Hotel was not far from the airport so it was very easy for them to locate the hotel, this was their first time in London. Very pleased that my parents got Atrium for the quarantine stay. We were able to send them food deliveries from outside as well.
