Have used this company many times from small to large jobs. Always experience fantastic communication and jobs are carried out within time frames stated and always exceed my expectations. Will continue to use them for years to come.

Jane was exceptionally thorough - and very friendly!

I booked Ubbergloves for a deep clean service to get the house back under control before our first child arrives in December. The cleaner turned up on time, she was friendly and done a wonderful job. In my opinion it was well worth the money and I'd highly recommend them

Unreliable and very poor communication. They cancelled a visit at very short notice one week, not great but sometimes things happen outside your control and I was happy to give them the benefit of the doubt and schedule another visit. However for the next clean despite sending us a confirmation and reminder the day before they never turned up. Tried calling with no answer, we've sent multiple emails and given them ample time to respond before leaving a negative review. We had no notice of the no-show and in the following days no response from them, no explanation and no apology.Edit: In response to their response - I've withdrawn my comment about the conflict of interest with a couple of their positive ratings but they definitely did not contact us to say they didn't serve our area anymore, we have checked both accounts and spam folders. They only emailed my colleague with an alleged explanation after I posted this review, after ignoring both me and her for 3 days. Hopefully the company will learn from this that ghosting is not a professional way to run a business and future customers can expect a better service.

Excellent clean. Lovely staff, very polite and careful. Very thorough too. Definitely recommend.

Used this company yesterday for a last minute house clean after my previous cleaner let me down. Great service, both over the phone and on the job.

Although the cleaning was done well, the cleaners removed some fridge shelves and it’s really difficult to call their office to speak with someone - the call either gets rejected or the phone line rings and is never answered.Their was also an issue with payment on their website where I was charged twice for the job and it seems impossible to speak with someone to sort it out.

haven't rescheduled, telling lies. told me to change my review to 5 stars in order to get a refund
