I can thoroughly recommend Vesta Architects. Luis came up with some new ideas we hadn't though of and was happy to revise the plans several times as we worked out the best configuration for our house. He supported us through the planning process (basically doing it all for us!), which resulted in getting planning permission granted on the first application with no questions being raised.

Luis from Vesta helped us draw up plans for a single story extension. It was the first time we embarked on something like this and Luis was invaluable in providing guidance, support and advice throughout - as well as a set of plans we are very happy with. I'd happily recommend Luis to anyone looking for an architect.

Highly recommended. The service Michael provided from start to finish was outstanding. Really creative in designing a brand new home. Stylish but affordable was the brief. They listen to you and also make you think aspects of the design you wouldn’t have thought of. Attention to detail through all parts of the process from design to planning to building control was great and saved me from making potentially very costly mistakes.

Michael and team have been excellent; really helpful, patient and were always available to answer our many many questions over the course of our engagement through planning and building regs. They listened to our brief and gave us options that addressed two very different solutions with a budget in mind. In the end the work encompasses demolition, a two storey side extension, a large single storey rear extension and reconfiguring the existing house to better work for our young family. What a great choice we made when we selected Vesta Architects to create the plans for both front and rear extensions, along with internal modifications, to our house. Luis prepared options for us to consider and exhibited considerable patience when incorporating our many changes. We chose Michael at Vesta Architects as although our project wasn't particularly large, it was a bit complicated. We wanted to use our existing footprint to create a 3 bedroom property from a 2 bed. Michael helped realise our vision, using his architectural flair and came up with two plans and helped steer us to the one that would be best for our property, based on our requirements.We also made some adjustments, based on costs and Michael changed the drawings, while keeping it close to the original spec. Nothing is too much trouble. He has also helped us submit our drawings to building regulations and has kept us posted with progress. He also works with a great structural engineer which makes the process all the bit easier!Michael is very professional and responsive to any queries, no matter how small. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to use a highly skilled architect for any project.

These architects are second-to-none. I am so grateful to Michael for all his hard work on our extensive two storey side and rear extension, with formation of front porch and rear box dormer in association with a loft conversion in Headington, Oxford. He was tasked with doing the building regulations plans following planning permission approval secured by another local architect firm. I found Michael to be extremely knowledgeable, experienced and diligent, and, strikingly, he has a formidable manner with clients - he is kind and has a characteristically unhurried attitude - nothing was too much bother for him and he strives for perfection and client satisfaction above anything else. Whenever I have called him, he has been generous with his time and always available. When he was on annual leave for one week, his colleague, Luis, covered so there was no standstill with the work.
