They were always so helpful, responsive, positive and encouraging throughout the whole sale. It has been a challenging few months as we do not live in Petersfield and there were some delays through no fault of Winkworth. However, they were always on the ball helping us through what could have been a very stressful time, giving us weekly updates. I highly recommend them to you.

Have just completed having engaged Winkworth with the job of marketing our property. They submitted a valuation at the higher end of the spectrum and achieved beyond that by a significant margin.Impressed throughout, all viewings taken by experienced agents who knew the market and our house. The Petersfield Office of Winkworth came strongly recommended, for which I am extremely grateful, as we required an Estate Agent who would sell our Apartment and communicate extremely well throughout the process, given that we are based outside of the Hampshire area.Although the Sale took longer than expected, through no fault of Winkworth, Andrew and Marcus remained highly motivated, giving weekly updates, facilitating many viewings and helping address the range of questions raised by prospective purchasers. Having sold up in West Sussex we rented a house in Petersfield prior to purchasing a home. Being new to the town that gave us time to get to know the area and chat to local agents. We took took possession last week, and much to our delight the property far exceeded our expectations. Winkworth was totally professional throughout the whole process and we would use them to sell the property when the time comes.
