Great service on my line via Fibre Heroes. Consistent speeds at all times, no issues using own equipment, and ping in online games consistently better than team mates.

Can't speak more highly of this ISP. Moved to them for the first time as part of getting CityFibre installed. All queries prior to the installation, during the install and immediately afterwards have been answered by return of email, with sensible knowledgeable replies. The actual fibre broadband service performs exactly to specification.

I've been with IDNet for over 10 years and it's always been a great service. The very few times that I've had service issues customer support have been brilliant and problems have been resolved very quickly. I'm very happy to recommend them to anyone wanting a reliable provider.

Total waste of time, took money they made confirmed appointment for 2 weeks time to install full fibre, did not even turn up on date they confirmed, no calls no email nothing, phoned them to ask is anybody coming, Chloe polietly informed me after checking that NOPE no one coming, sorry....then received an email from customer support blaming city fibre and had the audacity to say in that email as a Gesture of Goodwill they will refund the monies I already paid for a service they not provided, which would be classed as theft if they didn't, but seem to think its a gesture of goodwill giving me my money back, so to me that means they fully don't expect to refund monies if they don't install, so be careful handing over money first with this company

I switched from Virginmedia about three months ago. I have to ask myself Why did you leave it so long"? IDNet have so far provided excellent customer service that answered my questions rather than repeatedly spouting a load of standard gobbledegook that left me more baffled than before

Absolutely poor service from this company. Have tried dozens of times for them to sort my broadband but they do not and have not contacted me in any way shape or form. They are happy to take your money, but they don't want to provide you with a service. Would recommend avoiding these clowns and going with either BT, Virgin or another company. Same price better service.I bet this company like all others will be contacting me now to sort the issue out and expect me to remove the feedback.I had told them several times, I will leave negative feedback for their unprofessional service.

We have been with ID net for nearly five years now. They are extremely reliable. When you do need to contact customer service they are easily obtainable and very efficient. Can recommend without any reservation.

Amazing experience throughout the whole setting up process. The folks over at IDNet are so nice and helpful: they kept me updated on what was going on in the background while I waited for everything to be up and running.Every time I called asking for help they were always going above and beyond to help me out.As for the speeds, it is simply impressive. I have never had anything this good ever. Other major Internet Service Providers were giving me speeds of 30-60 mbps but with IDNet (while plugged in with ethernet (CAT5E), wirelessly you still get 150-200+ mbps which is still mindblowing), I easily get 800+ mbps, YES! 800+ mbps, even with multiple devices connected it doesn't slow down at all!I would recommend IDNet to anyone out there. Simply amazing, thank you so much IDNet :)

Ive used IDNET for home and business for the best part of 20 years. They are really helpful, great at providing a stable, reliable consistent service. Not always the absolute cheapest but their customer care is superb. I've recently adopted their VOIP telephony for my SME which has been made especially simple with the added value of their expertise / advice that comes as standard. The cost has been reasonable and without the high pressure or gimmicks other telephony providers tried to sell. I thoroughly recommend them for a home broadband connection if you want it to do what it says on the tin, or something more substantial for a business. They are agile and seem to keep abreast of the latest developments. When we have had openreach/BT network issues or exchange faults they provide an invaluable service bridging the customer care gap that you'd find with just about most other more well known ISP/telephony brands.
