The Service I received from Staffordshire Used Car Motor Company where I bought my Ford Focus from was Brilliant to say the least! The Salesman Paul was extremely Professional & Helpful. He could not of done more to make my experience of buying my car more enjoyable or stress free. The car is superb, it was spotless inside & out when I collected it. Paul then took the time to program my phone in & explain (again) how everything worked.I can not Recommend this Proffesional & Friendly Company & the Salesman highly enough.

Having looked at a number of Fiat 500s my wife came across one here, which had just gone on sale. She immediately rang and spoke to Paul who agreed to stay after the usual closing time to allow us time to get there and view the car. She loved it as soon as she saw it so I guess it was a straightforward sale but that said Paul was a very polite and friendly guy who made us feel very comfortable. You realise very quickly that he is a genuine, trustworthy person who really does put the customer first and cares more about the company name and reputation than selling anything less than excellent cars at great prices. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Paul was extremely helpful and knowledgeable .No hard sale just the facts.His vehicles are presented in the best condition for the year you need. The one I obtain ,Ford Connect on a 66 plate ,was immaculate .Purchased in July 2019 i have waited to try the vehicle out . The result being I am highly delighted with its performance and has given me many miles of enjoyable driving . My best van ever .Thank you Paul ,you were right . I will be back

Brought a car a couple of weeks ago now so thought I'd put a review on here because of how good this company was to deal with. Really nice guys sorted our private plates that we had on our previous vehicle. The car that we bought is fabulous and runs really well. Everything works as it should and the way the car is handed over is great, like it's come out of a showroom. The cars condition was like new really. They gave us a good price for our part exchange also. I would not have any problem recommending this used car company to anyone I know. Thanks again

Absolutely first class. The guys were brilliant. Travelled 60 miles there and back to show me the vehicle. No pressure selling just honest guys. When I decided to buy the vehicle they did same again. Brought car over to my house as I was unable to go and collect it. Service was second to none.I cannot recommend them too highly.P.S The car is top notch , running superbly. John

Bought a car with 31,000 miles and 1 owner. The car had 3 owners and 38,500 miles. Received the car with an out of date V5. New V5 hasn’t arrived. Contacted DVLA, they’ve never been made aware of the sale / new owner. Sent x2 chase up emails, no response. Had to pay the fee for a new log book. Think twice before using them, would be my advice.

Bought a van from SUCM and found the whole transaction excellent. No pressure was applied and I was able to take my time in making the purchase so that I was totally happy with the deal. Paul was personable and happy to help throughout and was a pleasure to deal with. The end result is I have the van I wanted at a good price and enjoyed the whole experience.
