All stuff super friendly and useful. MOT was done quickly and they adjusted my light which caused an initial fail free of charge. Did say they would call me when it was finished which they didn’t but can’t complain as it was still really quick so 5* service. Dude with the long hair on the desk super friendly and gave useful tips

Just visited as they opened this Sunday morning, was expecting some grumpy faces as no one likes working a Sunday but no I was greeted with a smile, got straight in , got my wheel balanced as was out in no time.Tall, dark haired lad with longish hair deserves a pat on the back for excellent customer service.Cheers guys

Phoned day before. They said to drop it off next day. Dropped the car off at 9am and walked 1.5m home Went to pick up at 3.30pm (later than arranged) (walked again) and no one had looked at it. They asked me to come back in 30mins and I watched from McDonald’s across the road as my car sat there unattended for 20 mins. Asked for my key back and drive home on a flat tyre. Not ideal!

First time I went in I had great service and the team even tried to save me money with their recommendations, The second time I went in I was having a battery test but other members of the team approached and suggested I take my car to Toyota since its a hybrid. As it is I went elsewhere and had a straight battery swap which sorted my issues. A bit disappointing after the initial good experience to be honest.

Called in Saturday as exhaust box had fallen off. Vehicle details taken but Vehicle not checked. Booked for appointment on Sunday for fitting as arranged, assuming they would have parts available for the make and model. Parts apparently not available and supplier closed so new appointment booked for Monday afternoon. Call this morning to advise supplier can't supply mid box so looking to go elsewhere. Inefficient use of everyone's time.

Can't thank Rico and the team here enough. Had some issues with a tyre not pumping up so even though they were busy they came out and found the issue quickly and sent on our way without charge. Took time to explain the issue and put our minds at ease before a 2 hour drive to Birmingham.

Exit was not explanation or so, work done without consultation. It was OK. In desperate still ok, but not the first option as an explanation of what work you are doing on the car must be done over the phone for previous agreement, so I won't be happy with people working on my car and had to ask many times on the exit time... Stressful and not how things should work really, but entrance went well so that's probably just the people who were running the place at that time, not the place itself... So so then

Popped in on the off chance they could help yesterday as I couldn’t get the caps off to pump car tyres. Dylan did so and pumped the tyres free of charge. Also gave me a quote for some replacements needed and talked through options. Very impressed with Dylan’s polite manner and his assistance. As a result I will return to get the replacements.

The gentleman working there were very accommodating, even though they were fully booked, they took the time out to fix my tire. Because we had a blowout on the motorway I needed to go back to London and even more sore so that my other tire needed to be changed and let me know so that I could feel comfortable driving back to London. Absolutely great service.

I had a terrible experience at the Fishponds branch of Kwik Fit. I was running a few minutes late for my appointment due to unexpected traffic, but within that short timeframe, they cancelled my pre paid MOT and gave my slot to someone else. When I arrived, I was met with aggressive and rude behavior by the staff member on reception. I asked for some understanding and a possible solution, but instead, I was scolded and made to feel insignificant.I was so shocked by the way they treated me for such a minor everyday occurrence that I almost burst into tears. I asked to speak with the manager, who, although unsympathetic, was at least not rude. He offered me an alternative appointment for the following week, which the initial staff member hadn't bothered to do.I've been a loyal customer for years, but I'll never use Kwik Fit again. I hope this review helps others avoid this place, especially if you're a woman. I strongly believe they would not have treated a man the way they treated me. A little courtesy and understanding could have prevented this situation from escalating. A simple apology and a re-booking option would have sufficed, but I was treated appallingly and left shaken and upset.We have reached out to the area director and received a full refund for the MOT thankfully and have booked in at another garage in the area.
