Before ordering was told cash only so had to go get cash from the cash machine. Barely any desserts in the tray.Went to order, all three drinks i ordered was told they were out of ,including the new limited offer drinks being advertised. Also told me after ordering they don’t have large drinks? The drinks I had to substitute for sucked :((Will go at Starbucks next time . As the drinks tasted rubbish so We had to mix our drinks to get a better taste. It was a complete waste of money and a very unpleasant experience. Total waste of time!

(29/12/22) Very poor customer service. Staff did not seem like they were happy to be working there. The lady on till barely spoke and was short with us - we had to ask her to get the muffin we ordered, and it was stale.They were tight with the amount of cream that was put on the gingerbread latte, and we even had to ask for the little gingerbread man that normally comes with the drink - which was stale.Our friend was also missing parts of the drink she ordered and they claimed they had ran out, but this was not mentioned when we ordered at the till.Won’t be coming back here again - a very miserable atmosphere.

Ordered 3 coffees asked one lady if they could take over to our table . She responded with Don't do Table service . Another member of staff then said would i like help i said yh that would be nice

Never very clean here unfortunately. Trays and stuff left around on the tables.Cigarette butts and litter from the outside had been blown inside even though door was closed. Not nice. No atmosphere. Staff not especially friendly and don’t seem happy. Always seem short staffed too. Food was OK but nothing great.

Got to the cafe at 3.50pm and the shop was closed whereas the closing time of the shop said 4.30pm. So I proceeded to ask one of the staff and the man replied to me with a mumble which I could not hear, he then walked away from me. Not the first time this has happened as I came last week and it was closed early too. Overall rude and ingnorative staff, as well as misleading information about the opening times. I could clearly tell the staff do not like working here as of their rude attitude . VERY disappointed

At weekends this place is very busy, which is normally when panic sets in for staff and they start getting orders wrong. Service here is very much up and down depending on who serves you. Today menus are half hanging off the wall, empty spaces for last two days where mugs should be for sale, and greeted by attitude where they've very clearly got the order wrong.However, some very nice helpful staff here, and a cosy space to relax with a coffee and a cakes.
