Absolutely useless. Called up to check if they had what i needed to drive half an hour to get there to find out the guy on the phone was talking rubbish.

Edmundson was the go to electrical retailer 20 years ago. I've not been since and after a recent visit I won't be going again. I genuinely felt like a bother.This may be one reason why it's better to buy online

Had what I needed, staff argued about incorrect pricing. Signs showed a different price to what their updated system said. Obviously I wanted the price that was shown on the sign. When asked about it they just said the system was updated and they didn’t update the prices on the signs, fair enough. Had to get the manager to sort... both sales desk guy and manager were a little rude. Probably why I stopped using Edmundsons even though they often called numerous times asking to set up trade accounts...

Quick efficient service

Doesn't open on a Saturday dispite website saying it does, wasted 30 mins of time getting here for nothing... Thanks a lot
