Harvester Montague Arms Slough
This was my first time visiting the Harvester Montague Arms in Langley and it didn't disappoint. Other members of my family had spoken highly of it and with my 40% off mains voucher to use, my aunt and I had a delicious meal each. The service was excellent, friendly and welcoming and my ribs and fries, followed by the welcome return of the Lemon Blizzard, went down very well.One thing that lets this Harvester down, is the lack of flowers and planting outside. The building looked very tired and dull on the outside, which is a shame.Still, I'm looking forward to a return visit.

Mixed grill is a fantastic mix of delicious meats. The chicken burger is very flavorful. The chips were crispy and tasted very good. Salad bar is full of good items! Restaurant is very busy and full of life, come here to be part of a family. Make sure you register your car at the entrance! Blue light discount available.

I wanted to highlight one of the hidden gems for breakfast in Langley, Slough or for anyone wanting to come off the M4 motorway for a good quality breakfast. Additionally since there are hardly any cafes left in the Langley area - Harvester have stepped up, filled the gap at a very reasonable £5.99 per person provided a fantastic breakfast including 2 eggs, 2 sausages etc as you can see in the photo.Our server Kelly was also amazing with nothing too much to ask for and service with a smile.Thank You Harvester and thanks Kelly!

Very nice service and very funny worker that had a conversation with us while we were ordering made us very happy and made our evening better nice decorations and atmosphere and very welcoming!!! Deserts 10 out of 10!!!

Went the previous evening and was turned away because we hadn’t booked.So booked for the next day.Was quickly seated and attended to by a pleasant young lady, Connie I think, took our order and brought our drinks.Had to ask for another glass as there was lipstick on my glass and I can’t remember wearing any. Wine was nice.Food was delivered to our table all looked very nice, my wife thoroughly enjoyed her Thaï fish cakes.I had mixed grill, meat was nice, the egg was like rubber with a lot of shell mixed in.The chips were Luke warm, I was disappointed poor value for money £17.49 for mixed grill.The salad bar was nice.The pub and restaurant were clean but there were a lot of annoying little flies.The young lady did give a £5 refund for our troubles

The girls here are amazing. Always friendly and polite. I have been to other Harvesters and this is the best one. Kelly was a very good host and I give her five stars for her service.

Didn't make a reservation. Arrived just after 7.30pm on a Sunday. Plenty of tables available.There is an unlimited salad bar. Good variety of items.I ordered the Haddock, chips & garden peas & my wife had the 3 course deal. She ordered the breaded mushrooms for her starter, the BBq Chicken stack with the Sundae Best as her dessert. Drinks were also ordered.Didn't have to wait long for my wife's starter. The mains came soon after. The mains arrived nice and hot and were well cooked. Shared the Sundae Best.Staff were very friendly and answered any questions about any of the food.Overall, an enjoyable experience.The only issue that was glaringly obvious was that the interior was tired and the restaurant really needs a makeover which might attract more customers. There in competition with the Today across the road.
