ROUGH DIRTY HOLE! Housing state chavs little den! Avoid at all costs as it is : dirty, most of the parents dont give a toss about what their children are doing neither the staff, the tables are dirty and there is food and rubbish EVERYWHERE. Take into account that most of children n there are as rough with no manners or consideration or respect just like their mothers. Very disappointing. Couldn’t relax a bit as the same little girls were being nasty to my daughter pointed it out to the mother and the staff and n the end i just left couldn’t be bothered.

Filthy, disgusting, no parental control over the kids. Hate this place with a living passion. Cancelled membership because of the lack of standards. Always fobbed off with excuses when you bring it to anyone's attention. Avoid if you value your sanity, and your children's safety and wellbeing. The price they charge does NOT justify the standards they exhibit. A health inspector should be called in to this place. It is a travesty, a joke, a sham as well as an utter shame. Clearly management doesn't give a continental damn.

Very dirty place. The staff doesn't clean the tables at all. For an hour after the parents had left, rubbish was lying on the tables and under the tables. Workers at that time (there were 5 women) were talking and laughing in the staff room. There is no trash can to at least collect the coffee cups yourself and throw them away. Dirty, sticky floor, dirty toys. Horrible place.

Good place for the kids to run a moke and have a catch up with friends or family ad kids play. There's plenty to keep them occupied and happy. Tho i must say the hot chocolate is rotten as it was like pure water which is the first for here. Other than that the staff are friendly! I'd definitely recommend here

Very disappointingAttitude of staff was second rate untrained unfriendly and that included the managerFood service slow - hate to have ordered if it was busy- no customer serviceToo many standing about doing nothing except looking over at me even hiding around corners was comical actually quite embarrassed for them that they find this acceptable but then again they probably don't care says it all reallyAvoid !

Council estate central, busy, packed, dirty and the staff lack not only hygiene but the care and well being of the kids and parents, 15 minutes in a queue waiting to get in because the immature young workers haven’t a notion of how to use the tills. Unless your scene is single mothers with 6 inch nails, tacky dirty looking kids and you hold a lack of self respect for your family, this place isn’t for you.

Workers always very pleasant and helpful. Even when my kids approach to ask for something small they are welcoming and happy to lend a hand. Kids love the pizza! And the tray bakes are yum!!

We had a birthday party there so that's my experience1- 30min waiting for the party before us to finish.2- The stuff there its immature and not well communicative3- Not giving enough information what to bring from home and what they can give you for the partyThe whole thing was fine for the money we pay, but the parents need to have patience and organise everything.

Great we place! Only downside is my 1 year old was safer in the big kids section. After telling about 4 kids they were to big for the toddler section I got fed up and left, I did have a look around to see if there was staff but they were to busy I guess making food. Even a sign so people know to keep the bigger kids out of the toddler section. Won't be back with my toddler again.
