Megan was excellent!I have to say I was very impressed by the VF team but especially Megan Sibson. As first time buyers we went to see a number of properties, and offered on a couple (some with VF some not).Megan at VF was excellent at answering our emails quickly, calling back if missed, and did a great job at keeping the chain together and being a link between us and our vendors. She was very understanding and empathetic with all our concerns, when putting all your life savings into something that’s exactly what you need!I would highly recommend VF, and should we ever sell we will certainly use again in the future.

Great service from start to finish, friendly, helpful and always kept me well informed.They managed to get me the best price in a rather difficult time in the housing market.Have used them before and would not hesitate to use them again.

I cannot recommend Verity Frearson enough. From the first visit by Matthew Stamford to value my property I knew we had chosen a very professional agent to market our property. An agent that wasn't pushy, didn't spin anything and was upfront and fair on their fees. The photographer they used to take the marketing images was brilliant and when the brochure was put together there was not one thing in it I had to change. Then there was the lovely team handling the viewings who knew exactly what to say and they soon found us a buyer. Finally I cannot praise Becky Wilson enough who worked tirelessly to get the sale over the line, communicating with us every step of the way. If I could give them more stars I would.

This is a very painful review to write, as the staff were very friendly throughout the entire process. On the plus side they offer great services such as the 3d virtual tour of the house.However after 6 months of trying to sell our house they failed to do so. Whilst the estate agent we then swapped to managed to sell it to the first people who viewed it.It probably started with an unrealistic valuation. We then got pushed to accept an offer from a couple who had previously pulled out of purchasing a house. That should have been our first clue. This was despite more viewings being booked in. The potential buyer then messed us about, reducing their offer straight away after having accepted it. This should have been our second clue. Finally just before completion they pulled out, having wasted our time and money spent on solicitors. We then stuck with Verity Frearson for several months, not getting an offer despite almost daily viewings and many price reductions.I stayed home during one of these viewings and realised the estate agent showing the people around our house, knew very little about our property and stated a few things that were wrong.This gave us the impression that if they don't manage to sell a property straight away or it is of very high value, they simply lose interest

We knew Verity Frearson were the right estate agent for us straight away. They are professional, well informed and know and understand the property market extremely well. They kept us informed and up to date by email and phone call at every point of our sale and that is so important in what can be a stressful time for many people. We would highly recommend their services and would certainly entrust them to manage any sale or purchase we may have in the future.
