Bersted Green Surgery

All staff at Bersted Green Surgery care and have compassion. Our Mum has received excellent care from the surgery; from the nursing and administration staff to the Doctors. I would recommend this surgery to my friends and family. Thank you!

Today as a new patient, although registration was not actual finally complete yet. I was totally surprised how fast the receptionist mobalized into action.. By the afternoon I was called with two diabetic appointments and a prescription already being made up in the surgery next door. London has never ever been anywhere as fast as this-Not even close.. Oh yes the NHS maybe down. However in Berstead green Bognor the front line is up and running with flying colours. Thank you NHS Bersted Green Bognor

I visited Dermatology 9th Nov to have suspected skin cancer looked at. I could not speak highly for the service and kindness I got. The procedure went fine and Mark Twist & his nurse Angie were fantastic! My mind was put at ease and await now for biopsy. I wouldn’t usually give reviews and got my wife to do this. I had to book an appointment today and when I phoned up this morning I spoke to Kerry and have to say she was very helpful and understanding.I was seen by Dr pullen who was very approachable,thorough and reassuring and I left feeling confident I was receiving the right treatment.After my appointment I had to book some tests and follow up appointments and I saw Kerry again who remembered me from my phone call and once again was very friendly and helpful and explained everything i needed to do and booked an appointment at the soonest date and time I was able to attend. Thank you for all your help.

Any practice is always going to be as good as your last experience. Bersted Green, however is consistently excellent. We have nothing but praise for the receptionists, nurses, paramedics and doctors who make this practice reliable and worthy of our trust. The cat agrees.

My husband was referred to specsavers for a hearing test,when he went he was told he had a severe ear infection and he would have to have the infection cleared before they could test his hearing,when he eventually got an appointment with the nurse she told him his ears were perfectly clear and no infection,he went back to specsavers and was shown on a screen his ears were full of a nasty discharge,cut a long story short after three months,two bottles of ear infection sprays he went yesterday and received antibiotics,I don’t know what is happening to this surgery,it has gone quickly downhill and quite honestly I think the nurse should go to specsavers for an eye test.

Rang the surgery early yesterday afternoon and spoke to Andrea,she was most helpful and very pleasantLady.Altogether a very good experience.Thank you Andrea.

There no care, or patience, I feel one mistake, down to male abuse, that myDR Malidat , was highly involved in, / court case, amazing Dr, way to good forbersted greensurgeryThey do not deserve her at all. admin staff are not trained, they hear your name, DOB, Address and its like your judged immediately , Bersted green surgery are appalling , reception, and admin, no training, I hold a NVQ LEVEL 2 IN CUSTOMER SSEVICEI had enough of bersted,I find it hard they have a job, be grateful , don't judge until you know the facts.

I am registered at Berstead Green today. I went to the front desk to ask for help. I have a cold and I'm not feeling well, but the woman at the front desk gave me a bad look and said I can't get a note for tomorrow, go to work and tell my symptoms there. She didn't make an appointment. Why did I ask what's the problem, don't I pay tax? Why do I have to go and infect the whole enterprise? I was told by work that we need a doctor's note to excuse your absence, but after she kicks me out of the front desk, what should I do? Besides going to work tomorrow sick and spraying viruses and corona on the spices you buy afterwards. Thanks to this woman I know her name and she is middle aged with glasses. Good luck with her

My family recently joined the surgery and I was impressed at how lovely the staff were. We’ve just moved to the area and I had a bad case of laryngitis and felt really terrible. I was registered and seen quickly and the doctor I saw was understanding and thorough. Really happy to find a decent surgery. Thank you.
