Help Me To Talk

Ali was a fantastic help with our sons speech and language. At 3 years 2 months, Oliver had a great noun vocabulary but wasn’t making sentences, hence we sort after assistance from a speech therapist. Oliver really engaged with Ali straight away, and they built up a fantastic rapport. After 5 sessions (including the initial assessment) Oliver is now using verbs, adjectives and pronouns. His behaviour has also improved as a consequence of his speech improvement and his understanding of language. He is improving daily and it is wonderful to see how far he has come in the last couple of months. The strategies and techniques taught by Ali at Help Me Talk, seem intuitive and basic but they work and it amazed us that using them really made such a difference. Thank you so much for everything. We would not hesitate on recommending.

Ali has been amazing with my now 4-year-old boy. He has had sessions with Ali for nine months and I'm delighted with his progress. He is now talking at an age-appropriate level and is much easier to understand. Ali brings different toys each week which really helps keep his attention and he enjoys the sessions. Ali sets practice exercises to work on between sessions and has also given me so many tips and pointers to work speech therapy into every day scenarios so that he doesn't even realise he is practicing! Ali is really reliable, supportive and responsive, and goes above and beyond what is necessary. I would highly recommend her services.

Ali has been the most incredible Speech and Language Therapist for my daughter. I cannot recommend her highly enough - she is absolutely brilliant. My daughter made such progress and it has transformed her ability to communicate and her self confidence.

Naomi has just been nothing short of outstanding with our 4 year old son.Charlie had slight delays with some of his sounds but Naomi was able to help develop these over weekly sessions with appropiate breaks in just under 6 months.She used extremely engaging tactics and games to keep Charlie entertained and he thought she was only visiting him to play!Once Charlie started school Naomi then took the sessions in school and the teachers commented on how good the sessions were and how pleased they were with Charlie's quick progress.Charlie has now been discharged" from Naomi as his speech is exactly where it should be.I couldn't recommend Naomi enough - she was extrenely patient (with us as parents as well as Charlie) and her knowledge is second-to-none.Thank you so much - Charlie is such a confident

My 5 year old has a severe speech disorder and has been receiving weekly therapy with Ali for around 2 years. She finds it quite difficult to concentrate for long periods of time, but Ali keeps her engaged so naturally and effortlessly, both online and face to face.
