He quickly established that the issue was the pump and was able to replace this at a reasonable cost for us and in a timely manner. Russell came out promptly and fixed a few problems with our hot tub. He was obviously very knowledgeable as people from other companies have been before and were unable to fix it. He was polite, friendly and his charges were very reasonable. I would definitely have Russell back should we require his services again and would recommend him to anyone with hot tub troubles.

Excellent service , he has the knowledge to repair your tub if at all possible at a fraction of the cost compared to other hot tub technicians who would just replace old for new at whatever the cost. I will not use anybody else. If you have a problem give Russell a call for an honest assessment .

Tried getting the hot tub sorted and a few people came out who didn’t really know what they were doing.( including I may add the ‘jacuzzi specialist! For a jacuzzi spa) Dimension spas came and found the problem and sorted straight away, no fuss. Very reasonable fees. I would not hesitate to recommend.
