5*! When booking my airport trip the man on the phone (I think his name was Hussain) made the whole process extremely easy and stress free. Their driver arrived on time and the car was clean, comfortable and the driver was very friendly. Will be recommending this firm to everyone I know!

We were picked up from Gatwick Airport by Khalid a couple of days ago. He is an excellent driver, which made us feel very comfortable. He was polite and courteous from start to finish, which we greatly appreciated, so thanks very much for the care and kind attention.

This evening was the worst for myself!, i was a real state walking from cotton mill to cell barns , this lovely man by mohamid see me walking up towards the town, not only did he stop to check I was ok, (I wasn't really) he gave me a lift home! this lovely man gave me a free safe ride home even tho I had no money, this means so much to me, it was so early in the morning (approx 3 am) I am just so greatful for people like himself. Really wish I took his licence number, but. Everyone needs to know, there are still good people out there, and even tho I normally use gold line for years and love them, never ever had any problems,, this just tops it off for me!. Best taxi service in St Albans! And mohamid really made ur company shine in my eyes, so.. Thank you! And I am specially great full to that lovely young man who got me home safe! Just blessed, thank you soo much.

First class service. Was driven by the nicest driver. Annoyed with myself for not getting his name. Drove me from watford to Hemel. He chatted with me all the way there. He had a great manor, was so friendly and very helpful, helping me with my bags at both ends. Was a lovely smooth drive, fantastic driver ☆☆☆☆☆

I have used Gold line taxis for nearlt 20 years. I know their number off by heart. How can they charge £35 for a 12k journey? Uber were charging £21, due to a mix up I sentbthd Uber driver way (my fault). A disgraceful overcharge.The taxi driver didn't care and said 'we are expensive (direct quote) as the council put the rates up'. This taxi group pressures the Lib Dem local council to put up prices. Upshot is, use Uber. I will never use this company again. 20 years of loyalty gone (and I'll vote against my councillor in the next election).

Very polite staff, good drivers, and reasonably priced.I'm getting fed up with UBER not turning up, poor driving standards and wildly changing prices. I'm glad I went back to Gold Line.
